  1. ^^^^ i do. i still think they look good in person<3

i still resent the fact that you ignored that i've posted them 4x already...

and yes i do have jordan 1's-- they're at home. i'm at school. i'll let you know which ones i'll part with. do you prefer leather or pat leather?

  2. i like the way they look in person. i've gotten compliments as well.. to each his own. <3

edit: oh you know what's weird... i've posted them the past business week. even with a post that said: "oh hey supergaysss! i just copped me some new denim thun! how it be looking!?" --- yet no one says shit 'til i have a pair of purple pigeon dunks and a bunch of nike boxes in the backdrop. just a funny thing i noticed.

  3. yes.. i made worst-- they stretched out and they're not baggy. i pulled up 'em up today because of the sweater look.. i shoulda sized down one more-- thigh stretched out alot and makes me look morbidly obese. anyways-- here's a pic with them slouched(still today):

  6. i personally think big l is already in the top 5. perfect in every way. one of the most well rounded mcs dead/alive. he only lacks in storytelling, but even thats not too bad.

he goes right after b.i.g. for me.

would work if lamont 'big l' coleman was still alive.

okay, you've all made good choices, alot of them underground/old school that you may have seen on some list so you decided to put it up here. now let me spill some of my brain.

christopher george latore wallace, the notorious b.i.g., frank white... greatest rapper. he had everything. from punchlines, to flow, to storytelling, to humor. great songs that could be accepted by the mainstream-- big poppa, hypnotize. his flow was unmatched and remains that way. one thing about biggie that i believe no one will be able to recreate is his ability to change flows. from a slow paced rhythym, with a falsetto-sung chorus to a bizzy bone tribute in notorious thugs. i can't think of a biggie VERSE that did not flow well, let alone a song. beyond that, the content of his songs did not stray from his personal experiences-- which you cannot say for many rappers. the only aspect i see lacking in biggie's content is conscious rap-- similar to mos def and common. but i would say that just wasn't his style and it would be a mistake. but his style was versatile enough as is. i mean, who do you know could make a song with shaq rapping about food and what not, good? practically of the verses released in biggie's post mortem albums were taken from radio freestyles. if you follow biggie's songs and know his lyrics front/back like i do, you basically can't listen to a hip-hop cd without hearing a biggie lyric repeated. although, biggie's style is evidently influenced by slick rick, biggie's influence on hip-hop after his death... actually, even during his emergence is evident. in the game less than 3 years before his passing, yet he left an indelible mark on not rap, but hip-hop.

not even seeing biggie on some your TOP 5 lists has disturbed me. and for those with lists who don't contain the late great-- i suggest you take a listen to the proclaimed hour and a half long suicide note, Ready to Die. if you can't admire the loose easy flow, even when regurgitating multi-syllabic rhyme schemes i truly question your appreciation of hip-hop.

    x-post.

i just realized this is the wrong thread. oh well, it's semi- related.

  8. read the denim encyclopedia. it's pinned in super denim and has a myriad of information. probably more than you want to know.

i don't think there is one that's "better", they serve different purposes. cold soak is for minimal shrinkage/indigo loss and warm for maximum. nudies are sanforized so they won't shrink much if at all. it's up to you how much indigo loss you want. and the length of the soak is up to you as well according to how you want the denim to turn out. anything more than 3-4 hours is overkill, though.

  9. Biggest Asshole - Chizzua

good call, but i wouldn't say biggest.

Supertrash isn't here for you to analyze and apply social norms to. Does anything in Supertrash have to make sense? Is there a God?

is supertrash here to get upset because someone points out a possible mistake? it's not that serious, no need to get your knickers in a bunch.

  10. 3222007-8.gif

it's a 3/4 sleeve baseball tee. i cut off the sleeves on a white tee and added the grey sleeves and screen the love hurts dagger/rose... i then put it in the washing machine for a non-screened used faded look. looks pretty good, i think. too bad i dont have a better camera.

  11. ^^^ if you really though it was crappy, there's a 98.7% chance you wouldn't post it.
