A pair of Double Identity White leather hi tops. I got these from Seven New york a couple of yeas ago for 180. I've only worn it for a couple of times so they are pretty much near new. I wear size 11s in other shoes and these fit me fine because it gets narrower when it hits the toes, so you should size up. Size is 45.
