Ok, i am a size 11 myself in other shoes, and i wear size 44 CPs. im guessing the sizes goes like the following:

40 - 7

41 - 8

42 - 9

43 - 10

44 - 11

45 - 12

and if you are those stuck between a size, i guess it's your choice.
