Hey, I'm looking to get my first tattoo, thinking of doing a leg sleeve (sock?). I'm really liking the thomas hooper pattern previously posted but his site says he's not taking anybody right now, anybody know where else I should look in nyc? thanks in advance.

I'm definitely looking for something like that redragon, anybody know where I can get something similar to that? (shell bifold type)

this may be a silly question.. but what are the different characteristics of horsehide and cowhide again?

wgmds ur correct, and yea, its the lighting in my house. it's very much black, if you look at the second pic and keep telling urself that it's black you'll see it, that's what i did lol

how long you been wearing those? and have you oiled the leather or stained the edges at all?

ps. I forgot the mechanic's shirt shrinks and it's skin tight on me noww

black hh, medallion captoe, composite half sole, all antique eyelets, cream liner, close welt trim, standard (cuban) heel, and pull loops. thanks guys, i'm actually very happy with the way they came out, i really like the single welt stitching and the medallion toe caps especially

that is the composite half sole, did you get it with the medallion toe cap or plain?

They're here! I tried them on and first impressions are that they are so supple! They bend well compared to my other sd, although i think it's mostly because i have a double leather sole on the other. loving the way hh crinkles too... only thing is i wish that the "cream" liner was more cream than white.. can't wait to get some wear on these!

attack: they're single celastic. i'm actually not a big fan of the leather laces, I had them on my other sd's and didn't like em, maybe i'll give em another try though..

erk: they're black, i dunno why they gave me brown laces with it though. i kinda like the contrast for now though
