  1. When I first saw scans of the tees I though the box logo looked terrible, but it kind of makes sense in light of the special album release.

Still wouldn't buy them, but they don't look as contrived now.

  2. it's probably fine, i'm probably more anal than most and in new york city there's all sorts of ways you can mess something like that up (i have a pair of jeans with a piece of gum stuck to the seat ffs).

Yeah, like if you brush up against a brick wall (like I did) and it scuffs/tears the leather.

  3. so back to supreme stuff?

went in today and they got new (or at least I hadn't seen them before) camp hats, called heather plaid camp caps. I think they're pretty dope. I can take pictures of the one I bought if people are interested but I'm sure they'll show up on eBay soon.

Sounds interesting. I'd like to see some pics if you don't mind.

  4. i dont know why anyone hasnt noticed but the

    Pre-Shrunk

    90%Cotton

    10% Polyester

is on the back of the tag. No supreme shirts are like that.

On top of that, the kate moss tee was 100% Cotton.

    At least mine is.

Oh and since that information is on the back, there would be no room for a watermark.

Heathered t-shirts always have some polyester content.

  5. The whole "lesser of two evils" thing doesn't work for me, by which I mean 'what good is that choice, and what does it say about me if I have the ability to deny myself and cast an evil vote?'

If you're not down with either candidate in an election, then it sucks.

But it really is lesser of two evils.

Not voting isn't as neutral as it seems.

  6. don't know there's a real solution cos normally even thin shirts don't show the v, but i'm fond of the tonal v-neck - they have loads of colors at uniqlo and the v is pretty pretty shallow

Yeah, I think I'm just going to go with an undershirt with a shallower 'V'. I guess the ones I have now are just too pronounced.

  7. I have a dress shirt that's fairly thin (read: see through), what kind of undershirt is recommended?

I usually wear v-neck undershirts, but it looks weird to have a plunging neckline showing through.

I don't like crew necks, because I think it looks tacky to have your undershirt exposed above the top button.

Going sans undershirt isn't an option cause I'm not all about showing off my nips.

    Any suggestions?

  8. cotton (and pretty thin cotton at that). it's a pet peeve of mine for outerwear meant for layering when the sleeve catches whatever you're wearing on the inside when you're putting it on.

How did last year's jacket hold up in cold weather? I'm in the market for a winter coat, but I don't want something that I'll still be cold in while wearing.

  9. The first suggestion that comes to mind is Bois d'Iris (The Different Company); the musk is the base for a scent built around iris and accompanied by vetiver and bergamote in the top notes, and cedar and white florals in the heart. The musk is subtle, but it is there.

If you could tell us what sort of top notes you do like, it will be easier to come up with more suggestions; musk is a common ingredient.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I'm not very good at recognizing notes. I know what I like when I smell it, but I couldn't describe what notes make me like it.

First thing that came to my mind was Mure et Musc by L'Artisan. Like Tangerine said though, musk is in pretty much everything.

I've tried Mure et Musc. It wasn't bad. Perhaps I'll give it another go.

  10. also regarding the peruvian sweater, in general it seems dope, and i'm normally all over this kind of thing, but i'm not 100% on these at the moment for some reason...maybe it's the colors?

Totally agree. I wish they had done the Peruvian sweater in the same coloways as the beanies.

The sweater colorways seem to conservative. They would have looked a lot better, imo, if they had been as wild as the beanies.
