Hi All,
I have 2 leather jackets for sale. Both are from the Gap and are used.
Please note that the prices do not include shipping and that's simply because I've never shipped jackets before so I don't have a good estimate of the shipping cost. Please contact me w/ your location and I will be able to give you a better idea and work something out.
1) Caramel leather jacket - tagged XS - asking $100 obo. The jacket has a light lining and I also had the double zipper professionally installed.
Measurements:
Chest: 19"
Shoulders: 16"
Front length (measured from base of neck to bottom hem): 21"
Back length (measurement from base of neck to bottom hem): 24"
2) Black biker style leather jacket - tagged S - asking $125 obo. This jacket has a heavier lining and is quite warm.
Measurements:
Chest: 20"
Shoulders: 19"
Front length (measured as above): 22"
Back length (measured as above): 25"
PM me with questions, offers, etc.
Thanks!!

Newspaper is good if the shoes get soaked as it'll absorb the water but shoe trees help the shoe maintain its shape.

nice watch you got there, lacquered. they marked it way up at 6600, got it at 5000ish, plus they threw in a new wristband/clasp
Pardon my ignorance but is that a Portuguese?
If not, what model is that?

i would also avoid wearing any shoes or boots on consecutive days if you want to prolong the life of the upper
Exactly.
And invest in some shoe trees.

Sure.
Getting the mortgage was a bit easier for me because I work for a financial group that includes a pretty big retail bank so I got an employee rate.
My place is definitely a fixer-upper in that it's about 20 years old and so, was not as modern as some of the newer condos being built today.
Since buying it, I've done some minor renos such as repainting, replaced all the carpeting w/ hardwood floors, and knocked down part of a wall. My next steps are to renovate the kitchen and bathroom.
There's definitely a trade off between buying new (or pre-construction) vs. older. In my case, I loved the location and was willing to put the effort (and $$$) into the renos. I also got a pretty good deal on the place because it was a private sale, i.e. no brokers.
As for condo vs. house, that'll all depend on the city. Here in TO, if you want to live downtown, condo is the way to go. If you want a house, you need to move to the burbs.

What do you want to know? I bought a condo about a year and a half ago....
It's an older place but here in TO, that translates into more space.
PM if you have any questions if you think I can help....
PS: And yes, one can definitely take advantage of the subprime meltdown right now....

I have those same sunglasses - they're awesome.

Free bump to recommend those Jack Purcells - easily the most comfortable pair of sneakers I've ever owned. The leather insole is so fucking comfortable.

That's the least official looking gift certificate I've ever seen.
LOL - that's what I thought before even scrolling down to see other ppl's comments....

Jokes aside, I think they are gonna nab Ronaldinho. The money is too good and Ronnie needs to make his close to final contract the biggest he could earn. Of course, Ronnie may flop like Sheva since his form past season is poor. He will then be Chelsea's biggest albatross and Sheva can breathe a sign of relief.
Barca should sell without batting an eye if Chelsea is willing to pay 70 million pounds for him. Hell, I would sell for 50 million pounds. Of course the one Chelsea should get is Messi.
Is it me or do none of the Brazilians ever maintain their form for longer than 2-3 years?

Damn you Arsenal ppl....your team really is looking good these days....especially Fabregas. Definite early contender for Player of the Year.
United need to get clicking...and/or buy Anelka/Berbatov in the January transfer window...

Yeah - I've become quite elitist over the years and I'd rather spend $$ on a good piece than buy something trendy from LC/UO/H&M, etc.
That being said, I guess this military jacket could be seen as trendy...
and yeah, I'd definitely have to have it tailored to fit....there's an army/surplus store right near my place so I'm gonna go have a look....

I have the leather one he's referring to from a couple of years back and the lining tore in mine too.
Did you get it fixed/replaced, Seenmy?
I'm thinking I should get that done before it gets cold...

Supreme has one this year....

Thanks for the suggestions but for some reason, I can't bring myself to spend $$$ at UO or Le Chateau...
I might go the military surplus route and see what I can find...

Pretty reasonable - tops ranged between $60 - $150 (that includes tees, shirts and sweaters...)
that's all they had for now but I'm sure they'll get more in....

Picked up one of the long sleeved pocket tees at Nomad this past week. Really nice light material and it drapes well.
Definitely will be picking up more of their pieces.
