Just a heads up, Holt Renfrew has a bunch of their casual/streetwear on sale. Items I saw included:

The latest Vice mag is all about Drugs...I suggest checking it out...pretty good piece on rehab, and some other good articles on the quality of drugs, etc.. Sadly enough, a number of articles by people who'd either been long-time drug users or were testing out a drug ended with a little note saying that they'd died (OD'd) by the time the article was published.

For those who're interested, they're at Goodfoot right now....

Ask for Casey @ Salon Daniel...they're on Blue Jays way...he does a wicked job w/ my hair and he's a good guy.

I've also heard things about Coupe Bizarre on Queen West, if you're looking for a funkier, out-there haircut...

Not to hijack the post, but I'm also looking for a pair of jeans similar to the Nudie RR but not dry denim...any recommendations? I'm basically looking for a straight fit, and a lighter-coloured distressed wash...and oh, it doesn't have to be selvage.

I guess something similar to the Nudie 'Worn Broken' wash...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I can't necessarily recommend a pair of jeans for you, but I can let you know some places you should check out..

Here goes:

TNT Blu (located in Hazelton Lanes, right near Over the Rainbow)..they carry Rogan, BlueBlood, Nudie, Adrian Goldschmied, Loomstate, SealKay, and Paper Denim & Cloth (also are supposed to hopefully carry PRPS)

Due West (Queen St. West, right before Spadina)..they carry Diesel, Energie, G-Star, Nudie

Lileo (at the Distillery..what up, IJF??!!)..they carry Rock and Republic, Nudie, J.Lindeburg, Boss, and a host of others that I can't remember right now, but hopefully IJF will fill in the rest.

Holt Renfrew: Nudie, Energie, Diesel, Seven, Firetrap, True Religion.

There's lots of places in TO to find decent denim...just depends on what you're willing to spend.
