I’m going to contact her for a hem.  My problem is, I want the same fit like this guy wearing them on Canvas’s site.  He’s the same height but weighs less than me.  He’s wearing the same size as me too, 34, with no hem! I’ll get her take on it as I want same length as him.  I got some engineer boots from Wesco coming as well so I might need to hold off if I want the same look.  I plan on wearing my Boss boots and vans as well with them.

I may be wrong but i think it only looks to be a good length cuz he is holding the bottom part with the engineer boots.

I love my 1607 and I’ve been wearing them every chance I get.

Looking good buddy, I have the same pair and I've been wearing them everyday for work for about 2 years now.

  3. im from Canada and I've paid roughly at least 3k in the past year in duties alone. Then again, canadian duties r quite crazy.. Up to 33% in some instances. They also charge 20 bucks for customs handling on anything over 60 bucks. So basically I got a dumb watch strap for 65 bucks. The shipping was 10, and the customs handling was 20 bucks and they also taxed me 20 bucks for custom fees. So total i ended up spending 115 on a watch strap which was listed on Raku for 65.

On the other end, I get lucky sometimes and my leather jackets 2k+ value just slips right through customs.

@Papa_KaisukiI like everything about this fit.  I want the Fine Creek jacket so bad ever since I saw it at Wolfpack, making it hard to choose between them and Double Helix. I spy double midsole White's.

Thanks! I would choose Fine Creek over double helix simply because it ages much better but Double Helix does offer a more classical aesthetic so there are pros to both. I like my whites all chunky hence the double midsoles.

So... I went with the 1951 model in the end and they arrived today... an efficient service from Mirror Ball and thanks to @Iron Horse @Flash for their above help...

Initially pleased with them - lovely denim, weight, colour and dimensions are as expected.

However the rear (ass) seems to have surplus denim causing puckering... I suspect this would be an ongoing feature and would annoy me.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone has had this with the 51? Did it go away with wear?

Also is this rear puckering a feature of the 43 model?

Need to decide whether to keep / return / swap (I'm presuming Mirror Ball allow returns).

    Thanks in advance!!

    Thats just the freewheeler's silhouette
