Seeking proxy for the 1000xx deadstock drop. Any recommended service providers? Any users on here?

Crazy amount of wear @fix_me. Looks like you found them in a mine somewhere.
These quickly became my “work pants”. I have worn these for all labour around the house (a full gutting/rebuild of a 1913 home), plus they withstood a half-year stint as a residential flooring installer. They’ve received a lot of abuse.

Retiring these 1003 after about 3 and a half years of wear.

When they measure- are they measuring with waistbands aligned or with the dip?

I mostly wear boots, but when I don’t, I wear shoes that are kinda boots.

If Flash ain’t interested- I think I could be. My last pair size 34 was too small.

I’m very for a modified Levi’s style patch. It’s the best patch ever made.

@Radiohead89 here's a pair of M47's on Yahoo Auctions, size 36 but the waist measures ~33 in.
CSF run small and slim through the hips so it's good to size up by at least one or two.
https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/m391563357?conversionType=search_suggestI wish I had checked this thread earlier.
I’d be interested in a pair of M47, size 35 or 36.
anyone got a pair?

Picked up the 1949HXX from user @radfad2000 last week. He was kind enough to come meet me in Cambridge, MA as I was visiting the Boston area. A true king.
Got them home, stitch ripped the arcs down to Levi spec, and gave ‘em one more wash and dry to get rid of any remaining shrink. The fit is perfect. These are now my favorite jeans.
Felt kinda silly picking up another pair of banner denim like 2 weeks after getting my last pair, but I’m glad I did. I think I’m just a sucker for the arcs.
I think I’m gonna “experiment” a bit with the other pair and start wearing ‘em to work. I’m a cable installer and I’ve only ever worn dickies type pants. I think the 1001’s could end up looking pretty crazy after a year of wearing em on the job.Anyways- here’s the 1949HXX, 33x32 after two wash and dry cycles.

Just picked up a pair of the 1949hxx sz 33 warehouse cut. Sadly they dont work for me. Basically, a 1947 cut warehouse banner denim with some hinoya details. Shrunk: tub with hot water and dryer. Shrink is out. Looking to sell. $200us

Anyways, here they are pre and post soak. Pretty happy with the fit. Lost about an inch in the waist and 3 in the inseam.

Just did the initial soak and dry of a pair of 1001. Ended up with a terrible fold crease up the leg. Anyone else ever run into this issue?

They look like a great find and purchase as they seem to be in really excellent/one wash condition. It's very hard to find jeans on Buyee that don't have inseams that have been altered to roughly somewhere in the 70-75cm range. I have a pair very similar to those 47's, except mine are made in Japan. They really do shrink though, mine went well below tag size. I agree with you on the details though, the patch on mine will definitely turn "Jerky" with time, it's already a bit crispy bacon on the edges, it looks to be made from a completely different type of leather than L.V.C. use. I also love the stitching on the top of the pocket where then orange thread goes around the the bartacking, as seen in the picture above, it's the kinda thing that Warehouse does, pointless but beautiful. I also have a pair of super rare 1971 model 501's that are made in Japan which are also amazing. Of course, all Levi's heads will know the significance of 1971 for the 501.
Yeah, these came in what looked to be almost unworn condition. Definitely washed at a point. I'm kinda scared what will happen when it comes time for me to wash them though. They're tagged 34x36.. They fit closer 32x30. They're definitely shorter than the auction stated (77cm VS 79.5cm). The hem looks original- or it was at least matched very well if they were shortened. I definitely would have preferred the extra 2.5cm of length. I don't mind my jeans fitting a bit short, but I normally throw my jeans in the dryer, and I don't wanna end up with a 28" inseam afterwards. Ah well, overall I'm pretty happy with them. A good pair of US made 47's is becoming harder to track down at a reasonable price- especially since Cone announced the shut down.

Whoa these photos look way worse than they looked on my phone. BMP.

Who knows more about the early LVC issues from Japan? Picked up a pair for a good price off Buyee. The denim looks and feels like Cone, and the tag does say Made in USA.. but the details on the jeans seem more "accurate" than what LVC has been producing through the 00's. Notably the patch. This leather is gonna get all brown and cool looking.
Are they cone? If not, where was this denim sourced from?

15 3/4” Back Rise
12 1/2” Thigh
33” Inseam
