Many thanks!  Summer was brutal (no pun intended, lol) so now being able to wear these more consistently. 

Quick update.  FH 1001 9 washes.

I think the fit is fine too.  If you can share pre/post measurements if you have them, that would be great.

Still seriously enjoying my 3005s. I got my 3009s and from Japan and they look good too. They seem slimmer to me than my first pair of 3009s, but in a good way. Probably won't wear them until the 3005s need repairs down the road.

I have to agree as well.  I am wearing a pair of 1001 for the DWC and I much prefer the pioneer denim.  While the exceed denim is still nice, I find myself gravitating to the 14.5oz.

Does anyone have the new SExFH BSP-AI yet or plan on getting a pair? 

It does look weird...it is just the reflection of my wrist, it is solid steel.

Waist was measured Self Edge way doubled.  Thigh was measured crotch seam out.  

The 3002 will shrink the same as all other pioneer denim.  Waist will stretch back to raw after a few wears.  If you wear a belt, it will stretch back as far as the belt will allow.  

My size 33 3002 in inches - worn and washed a lot.

Waist 32

Front rise 10

Back rise 14.25

Thigh 12.25

Knee 8.25

Hem 7.5

Inseam 30.25

Looking good!  Wear them well.  IMO, Flat Head jeans do very well with frequent washings.   Wear a few months then wash regularly.  

Post some measurements and a fit pic if you can.

Thats what I've heard too...would be a pain to have to dry clean.

Your new 3005's look nice...glad to see they are doing the old arcs again.  Hope they do their other models too.
