TNF Purple Label for the uninitiated is a Japan-exclusive collaboration between The North Face and Eiichiro Honma, the designer for Nanamica.

This light nuptse vest is constructed out of a ripstop nylon (10 denier) and high density polyester Taffeta. In place of traditional down is synthetic KODENSHI® fibres that fills the vest absorbs infrared body heat and redirects it back to the wearer, providing a reassuring retention of warmth. The vest is incredibly lightweight as a result.
