Haven't had time to take a really good pic of it yet but here's the first of my Samurai s555vx Jacket. It's definitely got a nice heft to it at 17 oz but still pretty damn breathable. Only problem for me is that I'm fairly barrel chested and so I had to go with the 46, which left me with long ass sleeves! I've got em cuffed. Everywhere else the jacket feels great. Looking forward to seeing this one fade. Except now it's getting too damn hot!

So whether it's on his next comment or his most recent one, people need to give mad rep points to Foxy2. Without his help and taking legitimate time out of his days, I wouldn't now have my Samurai s555vx jacket. Picked it up at the poste today and wore it home. Fits great though the arms are long. More details to come. Thanks Foxy2, you kick ass.

Not to date. The only variance from the 14 oz signature indigo denim in a the x003 regular fit is the x009 which is double indigo.
Danny, what about the AI -003?

It's hard to tell exactly from the image what it is. I'm not all that familiar with Flat Head's stuff (only checked it out on a couple of opportunities in person) either, so I can't say if it's a torn spot of slub. My guess is you maybe sat on something with an edge or point that caught a thread or something? At this point it still seems so minimal. I would leave it be though, and if it really keeps getting bigger (instead of just getting a little more noticeable), consider darning the area

Love that duck jacket. I've been wanting to get one myself for awhile, though I've had my eye on the one Oldblue co makes. Maybe I'll have to keep an eye on SDA's instead

s710xx 24oz or s710bk black shadow
in terms of fabric, details, etc.
Where are you getting the black shadows? I thought those were long gone.

Hey SuFu, long time no see. I had a quick question regarding insoles for my boots.
I just bought a pair of Red Wing 2979's - Engineer Boots - and am needing some insoles for them. They're a bit roomy, which is what I was aiming for, as I have a wide foot. I went TTS, and with insoles, I think they'll be a perfect fit. Does anybody have any suggestions for good quality insoles that won't break my wallet?
Go back to Red Wing and get their heat moldable insoles. They're a little thick so they likely would be perfect. I wore these insoles in my red wing construction boots every day for a year (doing construction). For someone with bad feet I was in heaven

Anyone know about the "Mr. Miura" collector CSF refers to?

^^^ 25+ oz. denim, cotton threading, Indonesian environment? I think there's a good chance for some popped threads in this guy's future

^ ciao! 2 1/2 yrs, 7 washes. check out the TCB thread if you want to see details pics.
Sono di Savona!
I'll def. check out the TCB thread. I'm getting my first denim jacket (whenever it arrives anyway) so I'm paying particular attention to em these days. Really dig yours! And damn, closest I've gotten to you is Genoa. I've been wanting to get up to the northwest!

Slavo, those have great vertical falling, I like em.

Volvo, how much wear do you have on the jacket?
And where are you in Italy man?

I agree, I think they fit well, If you're really worried about them being too slim, keep in mind that they will likely stretch out a little. But I wouldn't be too worried, they look good. x0012's are skinny as fuck though! I can really wear mine much since I've put on about 10 pounds

So the thread has been dead for over a week so I figured I'd ask a question about Kaminari soap. Has anyone used it? Swears by it? What makes is special, or is it a gimmick?

I'm usually in the exact same boat but for some reason it works for me on these. If you wear a belt it covers it up though.

Can anyone ID these jeans? Been trying to figure out what they are for quite a while.
They're a blue stretch skinny jean that have been overdyed so you get a contrast at the hem when they're turned up.
The guy wearing them usually wears denim from Acne, A.P.C. and Margiela but I'm pretty sure it's non of those. He also wears Japanese brands like Undercover so I was wondering if they could be by a Japanese label.
Anyone recognise them or know of any that are real similar?
Thanks!
Is that thom yorke?

If you get the chance to try on the Orgueil and it fits, I would strongly recommend it. Quality is real high but runs small. I also am a big fan of Freewheelers duds.

Well shiiiiit. I guess I'll have to answer the call, Sugar Mountain. I wrote up a review of them for Heddels last fall, but I'll throw in a few comments here. The rear rise is a little low for me but overall this might be my favorite pair of jeans. Killer denim and details. Orgueil makes some of the best items on the market, imo, I really love em. I also have a shirt of theirs which is really well made. I've been wanting the cossack jacket for a long time but they don't make it big enough for me.
Here are some more pics.
*Edit* the suspenders were on a little too tight that day.

How the tides have changed for me, used to buy oni, alden, etc. Now more into more modern streetwear but the wallet isn't what it used to be. So... menlo house joggers for me saving me money.
