HWDC 2 meet up, 22 days to late 

HC-SF-92 steel feathers with a quick up date, this is 71 wears with only one soak to shrink. I have now done a second soak, pics to follow.

At the bybeatle launch on sunday i got alot of nice words said about my boots and even from beatle her self. I think i did well with my design   

can i ask why and how you got to that mega?

On our recent trip to Japan we went straight for this border flannel in the Pure Blue Japan store.

Apart from it's unique simplicity the combed flannel is ultra soft on the skin. The indigo leaf "shoai" emblem is woven discreetly into the side of the shirt.

any one here using trees and if so what?  i lot of the people that have spent big money on there boots dont seem to use them, is there any point?

What about the boots getting wet eg rain. Will the natural oils and wax do the job for a while?

These came yestureday. When do people think i should give my boots their first Obenaufs heavy duty leather protector?

i was wondering how the hwdc caps are going? 

HV is making me kick my self I didn’t get a pair of boots with the steel toe that I could wear to work, but I think I would ruin them as I can be on my knees to much and on normal work boot if I don’t have a bump cap they can wear though to the steel cap in a few weeks, not funny when you are welding and your boots become spot welded to what you are working on.
