Waist: 80cm

Front Rise: 29cm

Upper Thigh: 31

Hem: 21.5cm

Inseam: 81.5cm

 

First impressions: 

High rise tight waist and comfy thighs. The waist will def stretch after couple wears and become comfy as well.

Hairy denim and fading fast (maybe just because being damp).

I really dig the design of the leather patch but the leather is too thin and really need to be improved.

My normal waist size is 30~31 for most brands based on the cutting and I took W32 on this Devis S01XX. Fitted and comfy after shrinkage, not baggy at all.

They are indeed two individual brand under Warehouse Co. What I said is that some of Heller's Cafe jeans designs refer to Duck Digger on several sides. You can find the similarities.

my normal size is around w30, i had a sd103 w31 and samurai 5000vx w30, i got this for w32, i know the cutting of 40s, but i think i got a wrong decision on the size

 

have you ever thought about that once you go size 30, the waist will be too tight after one wash?

on the basis of the one wash measurements given by tpun, I thinks he might feel the cut is wider or more loose than expected.

 

the measurements on the size chart said wasit and hem should be 76cm and 21cm after one wash and the measurements given by tpun  which are 80cm and 22cm. 

 

so he said he should be size 30 on it.

^ you size up 2 and still tight. but you said you should bought size 30? what?

How much will it stretch is based on how tight the fit after the soak shrinkage. If the fit is comfy the jeans will not stretch that much, if the fit is tight after soak the jeans will stretch more. But you will suffer the stretch period. Bear with it

 

So, the key is whether you feel comfy when you put on your jeans raw state. If the waist and thighs are tight not comfy, sorry for you

I was thinking from the beginning, if S01XX is strictly repro of 1946 501XX including texture and shrinkage property, size up 2 is recommended according to the sizing guide. Anyway, raw measurements still useful for sizing once you can easily stretch back to the original size after the soak shrinkage.

hey drapygo, which one is the original size chart? the one in this thread or the chart on the official web site. the already tried on people in japan choose their size based on which size chart?
