  1. The selvage ID is faded pink color this time which is different with it used to be on the oxidized denim used on several model.

The idea is the same to reproduce the dead stock jeans found in a warehouse in Wyoming. I guess the treatment method  is still the same. Maybe optimization on the process this time. New denim, same concept.

  2. Needless to mention the faded tab. Everthing is just so good. It is TOP CLASS. The oxidation fabric jeans are so rare back in the day. You cannot miss as a hardcore Warehouse fan.

Hey Caps, hows the old denim collection going? i remember you having a pair of Porky's? any chance of an update in the unknown JP thread?.. also do you still have the old Nylon war model?

I do have lots of old denim. But I ended up sold most of them because of the force of nature. :D If I can't fit into the jeans I just sold them. I don't like to collect.

I do own a pair of NYLON FN087 WW2 model but I can't remember if I sold them or not, either way they still be new. I think volvo owns the Porky's, not me.

^ guess what I tried for years? :D

I've seen small sizes like 31 and 32, so hard to find bigger size like 34 and 36. I guess you couldn't fit into size 33.

  5. @Duke Mantee Thanks for sharing the historical info. Really helpful.

Plus, here are two blogs from a japanese collector, showing the result of calculating the weight of original WW2 Levis jeans. Seems like there is no big difference on weight between WW2 denim and denim before this period. No proof for such 14oz denim theory. Atleast from the experimental results.
