I'm assuming you mean "situations" and not "questions"? A lot of it depends on body-type but, for the most part, short-shorts--on men-- are an eye-sore.
yeah, theres short and 'short', idk man i just think short always look bad, never saw a fit or someone with short that i said to myself ; wow this look good.
