  1. If I'm a 10.5 in NB what would I be in Gyakusou footwear?

And if I am normally a medium, but don't want the pieces to fit skin-tight or super short, what would be the recommended sizing for clothing? L-XL?

I used to love running outdoors a couple of years ago and for some reason--likely life related--I gave it up. I'll be looking to stock up on gear so hit me up if you think you have something I'll be interested in.

I'm a medium as well. Gyakusou gear has a tighter "performance" fit, so if you like it a bit looser, I'd go for a L, but not more.

  2. I feel like a lot of movies nowadays rely heavily on building up expectations/hype, which influences the first viewing.

Of course it's nice to feel really excited to see the latest Superhero/Tarantino/ etc. after having chased after every set-photo or clip (I'm not excluding myself here). But a lot of the films I mentioned before don't really hold up well once you strip back all the hype, for example on a second or third viewing.

  3. Also, I finally watched The Dark Knight Rises yesterday. Although I enjoyed it, I was a bit irritated with how little the characters and some plot elements were developed at a running time of 160+ minutes. Why exactly is Bruce Wayne/ Batman so bitter in the beginning? There is little to no background on Tom Hardy's Bane, Catwoman or Marion Cotillard's character (no spoilers so I'll keep it vague).

The whole allusion to the (French) revolution was a bit forced as well? Are the inhabitants of Gotham hostages or participating in the uprising? The latter (if it was intended that way) would add a whole other level to the plot, by giving Batman an ambiguous, counter-revolutionary role that is in keeping with parts of The Dark Knight that seem to hint at the fascist tendencies of his vigilante-ism.

As it is, the class-struggle theme and jabs at Occupy Wall Street seem like pointless topical references.
