You need size 3 if you want layering. you might get away with a sz 2 but forget about layering then- it will fit only with a tee underneath. Also remember V isn't very consistent with sizing- for instance I'm about 41" in chest and I have a SS12 Damaged-8 101- it fits really snug and thight but still wearable..
