Jay - have you tried the N&FxMomo WG? Are you suggesting doing pretty much the same cut? Would be great if you did, but just a bit smaller than the N&Fs.

Yeah, got my normal size. Tried to size down, but couldn't get the 34s done up. I like the fit overall, but it could be a bit tighter. Good for summer, I guess.

Are you referring to the skinny guy or weird guys? I've got the weird guys and mine fit big and at probably 5 weeks wear are definitely showing some signs of wear.

Got my jeans back from Dutil. All in all, I'm happy with the hem. And, because I asked, they returned the extra denim to use for repair.

Some amazing fades - I'm hoping my FH/Naked & Famous/Tate and Yoko's produce similar results!

Yeah - you want to try them on if possible. With all the different denims they use stretching is inconsistent. Left hand twill seems the stretchy-ist in my experience.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but Dutil Toronto is now doing chain stitched hems. As far as I know they're the only ones in the city now.

It's $28 + tax and the woman pics up/drops off at Dutil every Tuesday. So it's a week+ turn around. I've just dropped off my N&FxMomotaros and can post picks when I get them back later this month.

Supposedly she'll also do repairs and I've asked to have all that extra denim sent back with my jeans.

I bought the same tagged size, but didn't realize the big difference in measurements! When I tried the 34" N&FxMomos I couldn't get them done up, so there wasn't much choice anyway.

I get measured on Friday so I'll be able to better comment on the thigh measurement then.

Any chance you know when that's coming in? I'll be in Montreal over Easter Weekend and if my N&FxDutil customs haven't arrived yet I might be able to convince myself (and my wife) that I need another pair of jeans...

I've got the FHxN&F on right now and a couple of things to watch out for:

The inseam, after a hot-ish soak (I wore them in the bath) does shrink up quite a bit. I'm a natural 31" and I definitely wouldn't want them to shrink any more.

The thighs are pretty tight. I'm coming on 3 weeks total wearing time and they haven't loosened up much. The waist is fine, but the thighs are tight.

These definitely fit tighter than my N&FxMomotaro weird guys, which were kind of loose right out of the box. I know - unsanforized v sanforized denim, but they almost feel like different cuts.
