Recently I had a very generous customer gift me this pair of Big Johns X Naked and Famous! To my surprise I like the fit, not to tight and the rise seems different(not so low) from other N & F fits I have tried!

I have both of those planes... The second straight plane is around 9 dollars at your local hardware store...both work nicely...you just have to get used to them( be careful they can cut a lot with very little pressure)

@ihatebrianwilliams I use plastic throw away gloves( and change them often) but thats just me...maybe some of the other guys here have some better tips...

Eternal 811's almost a year now...literally falling apart in every which way but I love this denim. Will not hesitate to buy another pair!

Did my own tailoring a while back...don't really think they need a chain stitch!

Starting to do some repairs...not done yet!

JOey Looks like it is going to be really cool when its done(awesome details)...Lining makes it much more finished. How thick will it be after it is completely done?

Whiskey Cordovan is one of the colors that is pretty rare and when it arrives in my shop it tends to go quick! With that said Natural Cordovan will be coming in stock within the next week or two...Whiskey will not be in stock for the next few months unfortunately.

Thanks One Star...I don't hand dye my leathers (hardly ever, I don't like the smell nor can I do as good/consistent of job as the tannery) I buy all of my leathers in the colors you see. When I first started crafting I dyed leathers by hand but really I never could get them to look professional, especially after time and wear. I like those straps!

This probably isnt the right place to post this...I am sure you guys might have seen this before but I couldn't help my self! I got a kick out of it...even though it appears to be an advertisement.

I made no plug for my web site nor did I advertise a sale of some sort. I may be wrong but I don't think Jaw was trying to get you to buy that wallet, I think Jaw got some cool shrunken Bison he wanted to show to the sufu community. Is this wrong? So Hollows, Jaw, BlackAcre, Corter, Lucass, Zissou, Lazybum, and all of the other great artisans(who also run a small business) are no longer able to take part in the PYC thread? I am asking a legitimate question not trying to be a jerk.

Hi Sufu,

I have one wallet for sale. This item is brand new and never before used. I am selling this wallet at a discounted price due to a friend of mine had a fresh pair of Iron Hearts on and he had indigo on his fingers and got a faint thumb print on the exterior. While this stain is nearly unnoticeable and will go away with the first few uses, I still don't want to sell this item at full price. The pictures I posted include the wallet with the stain and as you can see it is really unnoticeable.
