has anyone ever had their jeans chain stitched from Yuichi (Pirates). He said he uses a Toyota chain stitch machine.  It seems like the hem can achieve a similar roping effect as a union special. any thoughts or experiences out there?

I had a pair of 555-01's that were a little loose. Tried to shrink (hot soaked, air dried) no shrinkage occured. It stretched and i wore a belt.

I dont have the 3xxx denim. but my 2109 didn't shrink much at all either, only noticeable shrink was the inseam. About an inch only.
