Wayoutwest - just wear and enjoy! Unless you get it wet or something it should stay contidtioned just with regular use.

Just over 3 months, one oiling. The cord got realy dark.

bb_tt - That stain ads a nice little bit of character to the wallet. It makes it even more unique to you. I'd suggest no trying to clean it - that kind of stain doesn't really come out of veg tan, and you may end up changing it even further.

My wife recently made this leather and chain loop bracelet with some black Chromexcel, I couldn't find a PYC thread for jewelry, so I thought I'd post this here. If it's the wrong spot please let me know.

I love the little bit of shine poldylocks veg tan pieces are getting. So nice.

I love a good stout. In fact I don't live too far from Green Flash Brewery so I headed over there today for the Motor Union car show and enjoyed a couple of pints of their double stout. It's not a super fancy one, but really good (apologies for the less than stellar photo).

Got a batch of some oiled burgundy and I really like it, so I decided to knock out a long wallet. Still relatively slim for a biker wallet, but definitley heftier than the usual 3oz veg tan I ususally use for this one.

lazybum - so clean as usual! They are both really nice, the coin holder design is great.

Cain, it was about 4oz that I skived down a bit and sandwiched together. It's still pretty thick overall, about 4mm, but I wanted something with some heft.

Onestar, thanks! Those are some nice watches for sure, but I have to say I'm partial to my Luminox. I've beat it up for the past 12 years and it's never failed me.

Made a new strap for my watch. Burgundy Chromexcel with a Panerai style pre-v matte black buckle.

An early belt after about 13 months, light oiling, started out the same color as the belt on the left.

Tried out some burgundy and black Chromexcel on a couple of iphone cases. It molds to the shape of the phone nicely.

The long wallet above is a hair under 1/2 inch at it's thickest point, and it's loaded with 6-7 cards, receipts, bills and a few business cards.

I made this slim long wallet a couple of months ago and have been using it nearly every day since. My goal was to have a wallet where the card slots don't overlap each other so there are no thick spots.

marineabilly - I really like the color combo and stud work.

Here's a slim long wallet I made recently. It's about 1/3 slimmer than the more traditional biker-style wallets I've made in the past but you can still pack it with stuff if you want to. I've been using it daily for about a month, and with 6 cards, some business cards, a few bills and receipts you hardly feel it in your back pocket.
