dries was brilliant. really loving lim too.

shitty lazy collection. i don't know what raf is trying to say or convey in his clothing anymore. some creepy face prints reminiscent of what he's done at jil, slit shorts, floral, and the usual suits, and he's done. he has no ideas left for his eponymous label, or it could be that he just isn't trying. each collection is becoming more reductive than the one prior. clearly he's been focusing on dior. i dont even know why i anticipate his show anymore.

studying fashion at the moment and trying to get out of toronto. got one more year left and really ready to be done with school and trying to set things up for a career in the industry. i'm staying in nyc this summer for an internship and hopefully that will get me somewhere.

Dries is so good. I wish menswear was a bit more like this. I'd wear some of those prints. really beautiful prints and jackets.

really happy for raf. i have no doubt he will present a great collection at dior.

however, i really was hoping he just remain at his eponymous label and not take helm at other fashion houses. i'm afraid the raf simons label will continue to suffer creatively as he has to oversea rtw, pre-collections and couture at dior.
