  1. I bought a pair of SExDBxSFxsufus in august and have worn them most of the time since then. love the fit but the waist stretched a bit more than I wanted. would a hot soak for 20 mins shrink it too much and bleed out too much dye or would it be ok? Also wish the bottom was more tapered/skinnier would a soak remedy this? Considered the idea of a belt but not really looking to spend more bank and never really liked wearing belts so I would prefer a soak if possible

A soak will be fine. Why's everyone so scared of a little indigo loss during a soak?

  2. Hahaha. Yeah, I could see owning them simply for the sake of a collection, but why would you ever want to wear these?! Seeing people try to break in the elephants is hilarious enough to me. They just looks so goofy for such a long time before they start looking good.

Hmm... elephants aren't even that heavy. Breaking in heavy denim isn't hard at all, and they actually start looking good just as fast as lighter denims?

  3. i always thought it was more a cost issue to have the long inseam. they could easily make different inseam lengths but would cost more. so just do a long one size fits all inseam

Yes. That is exactly why they do it. Raw denim is STF and the inseam is long. These two factors accommodate for all sizes assuming you get the right fit in the thighs, waist, etc. By doing this, the companies all save money.

  4. Just got Naked&FamousxBigJohns today for $110 =) They're really skinny but that's probably because I sized down like 2' and got a 32. I might throw these in the rotation because they're clean. Thoughts on them?

  5. That is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Seems like something someone would do to fit in on SuFu hahaha. If they were legit distressed like that then they'd probably be grail. But, they're not so ehhh... pretty dumb.
