  1. Also does anyone have some pictures of their Blanket Lined Weird Guys? I have been looking around and some pictures seem black and some seem blue, I just want to see what they look like in natural light. I am about to get them but I just can't decide.

I have a question may be noobish, but, why do a lot of companies put the two slit leather patch on seemingly every backpack? Does it signify something? Or just a classic thing to do?

this girl went to one of the other highschools in my district, but even since 7th grade everyone knew her as the girl with an insane ass. definitely corny. we graduated in the same year and now she is doing porn

Damn, you really followed up on her.

    +rep for link.

  4. I didn't say they were incredibly difficult to break in, merely that they took longer, which they do. The elephant 2s are 21 oz which is about as heavy as I'd like to wear and i think they look silly before they crease, though I'm sure they look great after. Just my opinion, you're certainly entitled to your's.

E2s are 22oz. And to be honest they weren't that hard to break in, at least for me. Took me like 10 wears until they weren't uncomfortable.

  5. not even chain stitched! blasphemy!

I don't think it is chain-stitched because I remember reading back when these first came out last year in July they said they needed, "Special machines just to sew the fabric (denim)". Thats also why they have a zipper, because buttoning them would be quite painful, I'd imagine.

  6. stop the insanity!!!!! Alright, what does "special order" mean? Site says "special order" but it let's you put in the payment info as would normally do so. Will it not go through until you get permission from the site owners?

Special order meaning that Blue Owl doesn't actually receive them, and stock them. They actually do that for a lot of stuff, where you have to call or email Jay to order.

  7. Holy fuck.

Blue Owl is accepting "Special orders" for N&F 32oz'ers. To be honest I thought these would be a lot more. But still a lot however, at least for me $495. Please someone get these, I would, if I wasn't as poor as Ethiopia :(

    Factuals:

" Only 130 pairs of this limited denim run will be made. The selvedge denim fabric was made on old shuttle looms in Okayama and it was so unbelievably hard to produce that the fabric will never be made again. The fabric uses a 1" x 1.5" yarn which is same thickness that is used to make carpet. The fabric ended up being so thick and heavy that it was impossible to sanforize, thus this denim model was only made as an unsanforized denim, so expect them to shrink down one size when washed. In production, it literally takes 3 people to make 2 pairs of denim in 1 single day (this factory is capable of making at least 100 pairs of denim in the same amount of time). Once complete, a pair of denim weighs over 5 lbs. This is denim history! And yes, it will stand on its own!

    * Available in the "Weird Guy" fit which is slim with medium rise and tapers to the leg opening

    * 32oz unsanforized raw selvedge denim

    * Rope dyed in pure indigo

    * 15oz super heavy weight cowhide leather patch

    * 5 pocket, zipper fly closure

Found them at Topman, Click, not sure if it is just me but link seems to be broken, but go to their US store and go to "Boots" section and they are on Page 4 at the bottom.

And they also have a darker brown colour as well.

Reminds me a bit of the Momotaro overdyed stuff, not bad for under the $200 price mark. They also have OD Black ones as well.

  10. Just got Naked&FamousxBigJohns today for $110 =) They're really skinny but that's probably because I sized down like 2' and got a 32. I might throw these in the rotation because they're clean. Thoughts on them?

    Where did you get these?

  11. N&FxOni= high quality denim. I recently purchased a pair of Samurai 710 then a par of the OnixN&F. The oni is very slubby more slubby and iregular than the Samurai. the details are very nice. The denim actually feels pretty light weight comparied to the 19 oz samurai...i would like to post pick but cant figure out how to.I know this = noob..
