Are the neck labels the same style?
Yep, smaller white tag, not the larger horizontal tag.

Have they both been washed? My 3sixteen tees shrank a hell of a lot with a wash and dry.
Both are brand new, never washed.

Has anyone noticed some significant sizing difference between the 3Sixteen tees? I recently picked up a grey pocket tee in a Medium and its fits a little long. I then grabbed a white plain tee in Medium and it's a nice snug fit. It's a very noticeable difference between the two. Not a complaint, just curious if this has happened to anyone else?
The tees are very solid so far!

Which store, Chrome Yellow?
Yes. Great coffee, just a boring selection in the store (my opinion). Although I would like to grab a 3Sixteen tee from them at some point.

I actually used to work with Ben when he lived in Atlanta. I can safely say that almost ALL of this is stemmed from the nightmare customers we used to have at our previous retail jobs. We dealt with the worst of the worst, especially coming in to get our expert knowledge on men's footwear and then running home to Zappos to save $15, thus taking money out of our pockets.
He's a character but I can tell you that this is Ben 100%, he's a fucking weirdo but he'd be that way whether the camera was rolling or not. He always talked about opening a shop and I am super stoked that he went out west and is knocking it out of the park.
But on the flip, I can't stand the RGT/Made in USA fan boys that flock to his shop. I can't blame him for catering to them, because it seems they will buy whatever he says is cool. But jesus christ, they all dress the same. We have a store similar in Atlanta and while I want to support them, it's very obvious they just found out about denim within the past year.

"Named for the famous Spanish explorer who was said to have discovered the Fountain of Youth, Atlanta's Ponce de Leon Avenue began as a simple country road that conveyed visitors to the healing springs that once bubbled along it. Now, few motorists realize that the avenue, one of Atlanta's major commuter thoroughfares, was a prestigious residential street in Victorian Atlanta, home to mayors and millionaires. An economic turn in the twentieth century transformed the avenue into a crime-ridden commercial corridor, but in recent years, Atlantans have rediscovered the street's venerable architecture and storied history."
You guys gotta get your mind out of the gutter.

It's actually a pretty accurate name if you could've seen the area before all of this development.

@Kiya I am not referring to Ponce City Market if that's what you and @xchen are referring to. I can email you the info to the development if you'd like.

Let's make Self Edge Atlanta a reality. There is a development being built in town that would be PERFECT.

My first pair of raw denim was a pair of Nudie Straight Sven I believe in 2005 or 2006. I tried a few other Nudie cuts to find the perfect one (Thin Finn Dry Black Coated, Slim Jim, Average Joe, etc) but was never truly happy with the fit.
My pair of REAL denim was a pair of Pure Blue Japan XX-005 from Blue in Green in 2007. Being from Atlanta, I ordered them just from looking at photos on different forums and just thinking the leaf on the back pocket was a cool detail (I still do). My mind was blown when the jeans arrived as I had never felt or experienced denim with such character before. I tried them on pre-soak and was so excited that I contemplated not soaking and just wearing them. But I decided to give them a good soak and I was in such a hurry to get them in the tub that I forgot to take my cell phone out of the front pocket, so it got a soak too. I still have them and I still wear them from time to time.
I enjoy Iron Heart and I think the way they have numbered the releases was a fantastic way to market towards the natural collector bug that a lot of people have. I do think they are starting to release too much product and the momentum will eventually slow down. But the ultra heavy flannels are fantastic.

I also just noticed it's my 5 year SUFU anniversary. Cool.

"Buy the right size—don't size down—and wash your pants. It's very simple."
I love this.

I went to order the Wabash shirt and when I calculated shipping, the amount for shipping was $7,200. Lol.

My bud found a practically new pair of BIG660 in a Buffalo Exchange here in Atlanta. Luckily they weren't his size so I scooped them for $45.

Digitalboy I'd say a 29 or maybe even a 30 with the xx-005. The thighs on those is MUCH smaller than the Samurais that you are referring to.

@pdxvegan Do you look past the leather patches on these jeans? I only ask because I have a few vegan friends here in Atlanta and some care about it and some don't.

I have a pair and posted pre-soak specs a few pages back, but slacked getting pics and updated measurements up after washing. I just sent them to BIG this afternoon for hemming/chain-stitching, and won't be getting them back until I'm up in New York in a few weeks.
I’ve been wearing them every day for the past 2 ½ weeks. As I mentioned in my earlier post, I’ve favored more regular cuts recently, so the transition back to something slim/tailored took some adjustment. That being said, the vx denim stretches quite a bit and the 711 feel like maybe they’ve stretched out past raw measurements (definitely in the waist). I have a size 33 pair of 710 and a size 32 pair of 5000, but went with a 34 in the 711. They have a noticeably lower rise than the 5000, and are much more slim through the upper thigh than the 710. However, despite being a slim cut, I don’t feel movement restriction like I have in other slim/skinny cuts, which could be due to the vx denim.
My man! Thank you very much for that info.

I need to know more about the S711vx. Has anyone got them yet? I saw that Denimio has a few pair but I'd love to see a fit pic.

Time to move a few more items from the closet that didn't quite work out.Eternal 811 - Size 32
$95$85Amazing pair of denim I got second hand from another forum. These were lightly worn and washed once before I received them. I soaked them once. I am selling so cheap because they were hemmed too short for me by the first owner and I thought I could make it work but it's just a tad too short. I'm 5'10 for reference.Waist : 15.5inThigh : 11.5inInseam : 28inHem : 8in$100$90I just picked these up and I really love the denim. The fit isn't exactly what I was looking for so I'm looking to sell them quickly. This is a true straight fit. I live in Atlanta and can't do the 18oz in the summer months. I am currently wearing the 21oz Beatle Buster and seems it will be a little more tolerable but will probably switch to shorts or a lightweight chino.

Does anyone know why the Real Mccoys NYC store is temporarily closed and the online store is also down?
