It is good to have a period where you alternate between your old shoes and your new - maybe take them out for a 4-5km run then do longer runs in your old shoes until your feet have gotten used to the new ones.

also just wear them around for a few days

hey everyone, I have an unworn/unhemmed/unsoaked pair of OG Roys (~3 years old?) from before Roy was on selfedge and took orders by email that I might as well get rid of as I'm not going to wear them.
