Skulls 5010.

Here are my skulls 5010

A good 8 months of wear, nothing too serious.

Gonna give them a good wash soon so here's some pre-pics

I had mine tapered, but the vietnamese lady decided after being told 20 times, to remove the selvedge.... and she tapered them too much IMO. I took them to an english speaking tailor and he did the best he could. A little too much time into them to just ditch but besides the tight leg opening its all right.

Side note, I'm sad to hear about them getting dropped.... shoulda snatched another pair.

So...finally I have some nice combs evolving on my skulls!

And I'm very excited about them finally coming through, but I was perchance thinking of starting to wear my pants a bit higher on my waist

I'm assuming this will change where the combs will form, is there something I could do so that I dont have two seperate combs forming? I doubt it but throwing the idea out there. Grazie

After 2 unfortunate tailoring experiences I finally found a good tailor and he helped fix my skulls back up. Now they're all ready for my eurotrip!

About 2.5 months of decent wear on these. 1-2 washes and 1 hotsoak...I think

maybe ask someone to take the pictures for you, it would be better to actually judge the fit

Really though, I see what you guys are talking about the more I wear them. Belt makes the rise less awkward but its still weird non the less.

Decided to man up and get my 5010xx that the tailor mutilated fixed by a real tailor. I get them back in 2 days!

I'm heading to Europe soon to do some traveling and was going to take my trusty and soon to be fixed skulls with me, theyre being tailored right now.

The thing is i'm not too keen on just having my wallet hanging out in my pocket for people to pick. Besides the obvious wallet chain, anyone seen a remedy to this? Maybe buttons or the pop-in buttons put on the pocket..? Just a question, I could go without the wallet fades for a month or 2 but I'd rather not

Ya now that I'm looking at the pictures, the rise does seem wrong....

Maybe it is the angle, when I wear them it doesn't seem too off, I'll try to get some better pictures, but it definitely doesnt look proportional in the pics, also looks better with belt on.

Its 12.5oz denim, the coin pocket isn't selvedge unfortunately, what other info were you looking for? Somewhat new to the whole denimhead stuff, but I'm trying. Heres some closeups, I'll get measurements when I find my tape measure

Hola, made a new thread because I bought the jeans.

Copped these from my local store UNIV in Encinitas, CA. I really like this fit, best I had so far from premium denim, plus the price is real nice. Overall I'm very satisfied, can't wait to see the fades!
