how was FKJ @ the KEE?
It was solid, nothing special but then he busted out his bass and started laying down some freestyle slaps that were quite impressive and funky fresh.

Supra, how fresh was that cut? I need to get a legit cut to fix some shit that the discount places arent doing but price is a bit steep for me
Found a pretty cool spot for a haircut.
The place is called Visage One, owned by Benky. Basically its a one seat salon during the week, and on Sat night he turns the space into a music meetup for local artists. $500 for a cut.
Also on a side note, FKJ is playing this weekend. I'm hitting it up to pregame for Nicolas Jaar

Thanks Sugar, pause, I'll check out Take5
Sweet thanks. Just curious, how much are the flyknits/lunars/frees?
Flynits were like 1200ish HKD, Lunars ranged from 600-1000HKD, Frees were 500-1000HKD depending on which model and style. Didnt see the lunar flynits out yet so dont know on that.
It seemed anything but flynits you can find at a less official store for cheaper than retail. If you happen to find the Lunarglide 5 Camo in Grey/blue sz12, I will pay you well, I spent 3 hours searching before.

Anyone knows how's the range of Nike shoes in hk? Flyknits, lunar, free etc.
I was trying to pick up some flynits too, after going around Sogo and other places the best place is Mong Kok.
There is a couple blocks just for shoes, store after store after store. Only select retailers can sell flyknits but all have lunars and frees. Also its cheaper here, just be warned it will be overcrowded to the point of ridiculousness, albeit that is all of Hong Kong.
Called Fa Yuen street, but most ppl will know sneaker street if you ask too.

Ripped my jawnz right next to my last patch....

Doogs, can't remember the name of it but on the bottom floor of Landmark there was 1 or 2 shops that looked like they had some high end hair shit
It's in central. 12-16 Des Voeux Road Central, Central ‎0 -
Well found out QB house gives decently legit hurrcuts.
50HKD for a 15 minute cut, some Japanese company I think0 -
Sup SFers!
I'm working out in HK for the next 4 months and was looking for some recs if you all would be so kind.
*Cheap barber that speaks english (I'm sure that's asking a lot) but would like a 'hip' haircut and my beard trimmed for under $300hkd...
Saw that Mandarin barber but its a bit much for me at the moment
*Any vintage / thrift stores, but nothing high end just where I can pick up some cool knick nacks and threads for the time being* Any legit tailors to trust my jawnz with
I'm also down to meet up/ hit some bars/ b-ball
Going to UMO tomorrow and Darkside in April

I dont believe that's it, they dont look very similar but I'll do some snooping around. It looked like less of a dress shirt and more casual

I saw a shirt (for men) the other day that I am trying to find:
It looked denim or chambray and the unique thing about it was the buttons went diagonally down the chest. Can anyone ID the brand or at least the style of it so I can search for it?
only pic I could really find, which blows but give an example of what I'm talking about. The one I'm talking about had buttons which started more on the side than in the middle.
But once again it's for guys, not that much into pink blouses to be honest

Slab, amazing work!

massive blow out.. I reinforced it to prevent that inevitability. Gotta lay off the biking a bit.
what did you do in yours?
first time was general use and skateboarding, sent it to SE to get fixed up
second time I was rock climbing in joshua tree
right after tragedy fell.
this time the bottom part of the crotch came out, hopefully denim therapy can work some magic

so my samurai s003jp-A ripped while doing some power skating around the ice rink.
so far these have gone through 680km of cycling, 7 floorball games and 6 hours of ice skating in 2.5 months.
will get these patched up tomorrow before my trip.
Same happened to my 003s except on the other side of the leg....cept all I was doing was skating around town yours sounds a lot more intense

Crotch rip on my 003jp after 4 months. a bit sad because the only thing physical I do in these is board around town.
sent them to SE LA and got 'em stitched up. Will post some post pics when I get a chance

Yes I've realized that auto/manual is probably out of the question, I'm fine with quartz for now til i up my income game.
I'm looking for the medium range, I'm 6'1 but I dont like anything extremely bulky on my wrist.
I like the white face that my friend got but honestly either is fine.
Gold accents are fine, I want something that I can wear on the daily without looking too flashy, but some gold cases are quite handsome.
Main criteria is leather band, some type of gold accents, a date counter and not being retardedly (sp?) huge, and a somewhat simple face. I can get pretty picky but I dont want to make an excruciatingly painful search. Muchos Gracias!

I'm looking for a watch in the range of $300, a leather strap, hopefully gold accents somewhere, nothing overly complicated but a clean chronograph or date counter is appreciated.
I've looked into Hamiltons they arent bad, I like Stowa but they are a bit outta my price range and Seiko isnt quite doing it for me. Any others you might recommend? I know for what I'm looking for the price range is a little low but my mom wants to get me a watch for my 21st and it is what it is
My roommates girlfriend got him a nice vintage Yonger & Bresson (as vintage as the late 80s/early 90s can get) and the days of the week are in french which is legit. I think its pretty cool Or where I can find older ones
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
diggin one like this maybe with roman numerals http://www.jewelrama.com/yonger-hcr1408-72-gents-watch.html
Thanks in advance
