Don't really like the Weird Guy and looking for something a little more substantial as my next pair of raws. I'm going in on 2 years on my Skull 5010XX and I want a new pair of jeans. I'm looking for something at a similar weight and cut (a jean that borders between slim and skinny) and I'm looking for some suggestions... Might even go APC just because I've never had a pair.

What's a sweatshirt option on a budget? Really not looking to spend anymore than $100

I don't know if i lost weight or something but I kind of wish I went with a 31. These are more of a slim straight than the not quite skinny fit. I wish the legs were a touch slimmer and that I don't need to wear a belt. Still really love these jeans, wish the fit was a little slimmer all around.

Really liking the Naked and Famous Skinny Guy fit right now though but I may pick up another pair of Japanese Denim when I'm in Hong Kong this summer.

Whenever I see someone with raw denim they kind of give me the eye but I just pretend I didn't see them... I'm not a denim enthusiast in anyway but after wearing some nice jeans I just can't go back to wearing shitty Levis.

Does anyone wear heavy weight jeans and bike in California? Would that be too hot?

I wish...but 21oz is overkill for me.The Skulls are pretty much the perfect weight. Keeps me warm in the winter but still wearable in the summer unless it's a crazy hot day. Also kind of hurts my wallet a bit.

Kind of looked at Samurai but their slimmest cut is a bit too big for me...

Recommendations for slim japanese denim! My Skull 5010 are pretty much done after a year. Going to be doing a lot of biking in these.

Just a quick question. I've been double cuffing my skulls and I've had them for a year. They show a lot of wear. I want to be able to roll up my jeans for when I ride my bike but with the double cuff, it's impossible to roll up anymore. Would a hem this late in the Jeans life look a little stupid?

Ok FYI, I always used to put my phone and wallet in my front pocket. Raw denim was what influenced me to put them in my back pocket. My first pair of raw denim never got any big wallet fades or cell phone fades so it was never a problem. On my second pair they cell phone fade faded more than I wanted it to and it wasn't something that I liked that much. I just wanted to see if anyone has a fix and I guess there isn't.

Asked this in the Q&A and got no responses, and searching 'unfade' didn't really yield any results.

I have a pair of Samurais that I really like and I used to put my phone in my back pocket until a fade started to come in and I just think it's a really ugly fade. It's just a white outline. I realize what's done is done but I was wondering if you guys had any tips and tricks to try and hide any ugly fades.

Need a second pair of jeans other than my Skull 5010xx for college so I can rotate between two pairs of jeans and other pants.

Skull 5010xx is a pretty good jean already since it is the right weight and about the right slim for me.

Not looking to spend anymore than $200... suggestions? I'm thinking either a pair of N&F or APC.
