Looks like they're going to shrink down and give a proper 50s fit. You want slimmer, get a pair of 66s in the same size as the 55s.

I thought about getting 66s but i don't like the shape of the back pockets and the arcuate.. I should've gotten 34 for my 47 but i didn't know better back when i got them in 36.

I have two pairs of 34/40" waist 555 55's which both measure 34" in the waist exactly.

Unfortunately I also have a pair tagged 36/40 which measure 37"/40.

How do 555 1955 501 rigid run in waist wise? 2 inches bigger in the waist than tagged size?

I think it's good. Room for a cuff, the combs will set in and a bit stacking isn't bad. How tall are you?

I'm 6 feet 3. I never hem any jeans so i know i'll stick w the original hem. We'll see what happens after a second soak.

Love the fit but I'm not sure if there's still some shrinkage left in the jeans because the leg twist is minimal.. I'm debating whether I should do a second soak.

They were 17.5 which is corresponding to BIG's measurement.

Pre-soak measurements were pretty much spot on.

Absolutely love the denim. Turns out 33 would give me a better fit but I'll prefer the room of 34. Too bad I have to hold this until indigo roots contest starts. But then again, it was 95 degrees outside today so maybe I'll be all right for a while. Either way, I can't wait to wear these.

I recently bought this from another sufu member. He said triple soaked in hot water and tumble dried to get all the shrinkage out and then tried only.

I received this and tried only as well.

These are great but I'll be better off with size 34 because I like to wear my jeans loose.
