For Hitch films: Marnie, Frenzy, Shadow of a Doubt and Notorious (the last two are my favorite early Hitchcock films).

For Ophuls (a genius), my favorites are: The Reckless Moment (an awesome noir melodrama),The Earrings of Madame de... and Lola Montes. If you like those three than definitely check out both Letter from an Unknown Woman and Le Plaisir.

Torn Curtain is one of Hitchcock's better films and nobody gives that film any credit for how daring it is. In every single screenshot I posted the actor is staring directly into the camera, totally breaking the fourth wall. That film goes places cinema today doesn't. See it.

1. I wish I could convince all these companies that my college degree means something and that they should at least give me an interview. Because the less I hear from the companies the more I feel like my education is totally worthless and it turns my passion/career choice into something I get depressed about. Entrance-into-real-world-college-bubble-burst is a lot harder than I thought. Just want that motivation back.

2. I just want someone to tell me I can meet people off of OKCupid or some shit like that. Or that single girls go to movies by themselves also.

Finally got out of what was a crazy, manipulative relationship only to enter this "friend" zone where she thinks she can call me and make me feel like shit when in reality I'm just so tired of putting up with her walking over me. How to tell her that I don't really want to respond to her/ever talk to her without making it seem like I'm the weak one because I can't "get over it and be friends?"
