This is the contest list, I put the names of people that I remember have posted in bold. Im down to wait for a week or so, but after the people who have posted at least once in a while during the competition have submitted I could care less whether people get their final pictures up in this thread as opposed to the normal Ande Whall denim thread, but what do you guys all think

  2. Crazy its been a year! Anyone else planning on posting up their final pictures today, seeing as how it is the last day of the competition? Either way, looking forward to seeing how everyones pairs turned out. here they are after what I think is around the 4th wash. lighting is pretty bad as its been raining here all day but it is what it is.

I really love how the buttons have worn down the fly

The back pockets are in unbelievable need of repair, the seat is thinning and needs to be patched and the center back belt loop is about to bust as well

Tried to capture the variation in the color of the denim but after a few tries gave up. The different shades of blues/greys on these are just beautiful

  3. probably around 11 months of actual wear on these, this is andes standard denim that he offers, the 13.5 oz. They are in the wash now, will post some pictures up tomorrow when they are dry. As stated, amazing denim and construction, and Ande has always been the nicest guy to deal with.

  4. Here are a few quick pre wash pictures, the back pockets are absolutely thrashed, a lot of threads have been busted and repaired, and the crotch is starting to form new holes around the repairs that have been done, but I still love them and choose to put them on over my other jeans every morning. Theyre in the wash now, will upload some final pictures tomorrow.

  5. Thanks Ande, the celebration was really awesome, best mexican food in los angeles, a free art museum and what can basically be condensed to a low rider auto show. Just gave the jeans a wash will probably try to post up some pictures within the next day or so. Anyways, how do you want to judge this contest ande, should we submit pictures here, email them to you, send the jeans in, etc

  6. All prices are in USD and include shipping within the states, PM me for international. Feel free to PM with any questions.

Up for grabs is an excellent pair of 666D, sized wrong on these and went too large. Worn for probably 2-3 weeks, minimal fading, feel free to ask any questions, sz 34 hot soaked once, never washed. Looking for 250

  7. So I didnt get a chance to head out to FYF this coming weekend so I gave the pants a wash yesterday. They are in serious need of repair at this point, crotch seam is busting, the crotch has a half inch hole, the back yoke is missing the majority of its stitching and both back pockets are now accumulating some serious holes. I love how theyre turning out tho and the denim is unbelievably comfortable. This is maybe their second or third wash with a bunch of soaks in between, I havent really been keeping track.

  8. to kick a dead horse, in my opinion the denim really only starts to show its character after youve worn them for a good period of time. After six months the denim really showed some texture that seemed non existent before and im really starting to love how they are turning out

  9. I got them from blue in green so I'm just gonna exchange them for a pair of 710s in a larger size, unless someone on here is intent on buying them by tomorrow morning

  10. so I picked up the last pair of black shadows and the size 31 measures 31 inches pre soak, and I can barely get them buttoned up. Are they going to stretch enough to fit comfortably or should I just return them.

  11. Went to the canoga park memorial day parade, saw a bunch of old cool cars and whatnot
