Spellbound Lot. 4002 - effective wear was about 3 years on and off maybe? like to rotate at least 2-3 pairs at the time so it takes forever for a pair to get this trashed.

bunga's denimes are what had me sold on the XX denim. i have a pic of these jeans(along with tiger23's) in the bathroom in front of my toilet, so i can look at them while i smoke a joint and take a shit. that's actually a compliment. .

Bunga, isn't the answer in the Doctor's post? THey seem to be overszied by an inch, and will probably shrink less than two inches.

The sizing guide, from fall 2009, has them oversized, too.

can anyone let me know what's the suggested retail for the just released Made in USA 44 WWII 501s? advice on sizing would help too, was told LVC finally got it right this time round e.g. a pair of W34 would shrink 2 inches to W32.

if those are the new Denimes, then it'd be the death knell for what was one of the best, if not the best Japanese repro denim brands. they were the 1st japanese brand i ever got into and it's a shame to see their legacy being watered down like this..sigh

been away - two weeks down under in the land of Oz and before that loads of work but i've been working hard on some jawnz, chiefly my Warehous Warrens and rotating some '55 501s, S5000BKs and a pair of Denime XXs. will have updates soon but here's those Denimes for ya again

crinkles are my favorite too but they're a bitch to get plus only certain denim really produce them - the top 2 would be Denime XX and Warehouse.

agreed that what's not broken shouldn't be messed with, hope that Denime don't change the type of denim they use now that they've been taken over by other ppl.

crinkles are my favorite denim detail. bunga you fuck you, i love those warrens so much i hate you and them:D. commenting on what cheep said earlier, one of the things(amongst many) about the warehouse company is that basically they use one superb denim for the most part. just come with the good shit, if it ain't broke, don't change up. this thread has been great lately
