  1. I can finally bench about 95lbs on my own (6-8 reps), a big feat for me. And weighed myself, standing at 145lb.

    The buddy I am working out with is basically trying to build muscle (And my diet only consists of oatmeal, soy milk/water, chicken/steak + frozen veggies, cheese, eggs, potato salad, crackers. Sometimes I'll have some white rice. If I am busy I'll make some canned chili).

    Question: If I want a bigger chest and currently its fat, should I fit in some cardio in my routine or just continue lifting then burn?

  3. i had my exhibition there for 4 days. was there for 6 days straight from setting up all the way to tearing down. and how do i stay cool in all that shit? i always have a handkerchief in my pocket! lol

If you are in town, come in to the store and ask questions...instead of nervously asking very detailed questions over the phone. Out of towners I understand...but if you live or are no more than 10-15min away, please just come in instead.

    Where do you get off if you take BART starting from the Fremont station?

    Is it close walking distance from the BART station? I've been wanting to stop in when I head home.

  5. Well all I can say is eat more, load up on carbs before going to the gym for energy, then build your way back up.

    I stopped intaking carbs for about a month now.

    Only crackers, oatmeal, cheese, eggs and a lot of chicken&steak.

    Free weight the max I can bench is like 25lb currently.

    With the bar (35-45lb) with only around 15lb on ea. side so total is like 75lb more or less.

    Yeah its pretty low.

    Is the drop in weight that significant after 3 months of not lifting? Talk about weaksauce.

    I am personally looking for a spring/summer jacket (lighter color besides black/blue or some brown derbies/desert boots).

    I thought about just buying some APCs as I could use another pair of jeans in my rotation. I've been waiting forever for new stocks since Feb.!

    any ideas??
