Up for sale are a pair of Alden Black Cordovan Captoe Boots with commando soles, size 8.5D on the Plaza last. These boots are new and were not worn outdoors (only indoors on carpet for a total of about 30 minutes). I purchased them a while ago from Alden of Carmel and they've been in a box since. They unfortunately cause too much pain on my right foot so I have to let them go.

I'm asking for 590 shipped within the continental US. No international buyers unless you have a lot of positive buyer/seller rep or are a respected member of the forum.

I have up for sale a pair of the well-loved Buttero 91101 combat boots. I bought these off of Mellondelojello and he got them off Shoebox. The were only worn by Shoebox, and approximately five times by me because MJ bought them, saw they didn't fit, and sold them off. These shoes are in great condition, except for one small flaw which you will see in the photographs. Some of the stitching stitching was coming undone (I received them like this) near the pull tabs of the right boot. A local cobbler here dabbed a little bit of glue on it and said that it will hold. I don't believe any further intervention will be necessary.

Sizing wise, I am an true 8.5 and these fit me, but I think they will be okay with someone who is also 9. The reason I say this is because the toebox is extremely roomy, so the fit is extremely comfortable and forgiving.

Up for sale are a pair of Alden x J.Crew Plaintoe bluchers I picked up here a while back. These have a black mark on the insole so I don't know if that means they are seconds or purchased from an outlet. I found one slight imperfection on the tongue of the right shoe, but it can't be seen when worn.

These have been worn a few times since purchase and are in excellent condition (previous owner wore them a few times). I had toe and heal taps installed immediately upon purchase.

I'm asking for 190 shipped within the continental US (plus 4% for paypal fees). International sellers may inquire, but must have a long standing reputation on the forum or positive buyers/sellers rep. Shipping internationally will cost more.

Also, I had the wingtip boots, though mine were on barrie and I am pretty sure those are on the plaza last which, IMO, is a much more comfortable last.

I'm no longer messing with acrylic, it's a nightmare to keep clear. My next watch is definitely going to be sapphire.

I would like my next daily/regular watch to have sapphire too, can be a Flieger-type watch again, but needs to have a sapphire crystal - IWC 3717 or the Glashutte Senator Navigator, I'm thinking.

make sure the watch doesnt have an AR coating on the topside either. those scratches can be just as annoying and will require u to buff out the entire AR coating on the topside of the crystal (if you find it that bothersome, that is).

can anyone comment on steinhart? good quality for the price?
