Finally got a shipping notice from Baker for my natural cxl smoke jumpers. Took 9 weeks.

Angelos' burnishing is inspiring, but those missing stitches at the corner are a real bummer. That's why I don't like linen, can't cope with friction.

I almost hate to bring it up in light of this, but if this contest doesn't happen what will happen with the bracelets for those of us who ordered them?

I'll offer a refund, a plain bracelet, or the already-made stamped bracelets (which will then be a weird, bittersweet memento of what could have been).

Picked them up in Japan. Went back today to pick up some of their Japanese tannery leather. Wow, buttery soft...very Horween-esque.

That makes sense. I want to travel to Japan for a hundred different reasons, but I'm pretty sure I'll end up spending most of my time in leather shops.
