  1. The most impressive piece of that kit is the adjustment of the derailleurs, especially the rear. I had a chance to play with it about a month ago. It's cool. $$$$, but cool.

The battery is expected to last long enough for the average pro rider to complete the Tour de France on a single charge.

    I'll stick with my mechanical 7900 D/A.

  2. larger tire = more volume = more comfortable ride. while the difference is small, it'll matter over the course of a few hours in the saddle. i guess depending upon how sensitive you are, you might feel the benefits after only a few miles.

  3. thanks

I assumed it was necessary since it seems to serve a pretty obvious function, but I just realized I never remembered having seen it for sale anywhere. I'll pick some up though.

trying to decide if this tire is safe to use after going through my little wreck.

get Velox. any shop in Austin or Dallas will have it.

  4. yes i havent cycled this intensely ever in my life and i guess you can say road riding is new for me

along with what others have said, it might simply be that you're rotating your head up, rather than looking up with your eyes. Can be an issue if your helmet's too low, your helmet has a visor, the visor on your cap. I work with a lot of people that transition over to serious road riding/ group rides. This occurs quite often, especially when people aren't used to riding on roads with traffic or in groups.

  5. am i doing something wrong here?

i still get neck pain when riding // i changed the stem so its slammed back but it still doesnt do me any good.

(my forks have been cut to the bottom so i cant put any spacers :()

would a fork where i can put spacers be of ease to my neck?

how long have you been riding? is road riding new for you?

these will be coming out soon in a track version. surprisingly light.

    front ISO version.

in theory, these will make a damn stout wheel. especially when paired up with a deeper section rim.

and really...they're quite light. odd looking, but light.

  7. $35 through UPS ain't happening in the US anymore. Figure $70 - $80 for an adult-sized bike....hitting OS2 bumps it up to over $100...almost $150. Shouldn't hit that range unless you ship a L or XL full suspension mtn bike.

  8. Over the past month, I've ordered a Wrath Arcane jacket from Revolve 3 times...the first 2 times, between the time I ordered the jacket and when it was pulled to be shipped, it sold out.

First time I ordered was during the 30% sale. Out of stock...in an e-mail, they sent me a 25% coupon. Ordered 2nd time, different size, with the 25% coupon. It was taking a while to process the ordered, so I called and asked what was up. Yadda yadda inventory was off, yadda yadda. I cancelled that order and ordered one of a different color. This time it was 35% off or something. I was told there were plenty in stock. Sweet.

Shows up today and they sent the wrong jacket. As fate would have it, the last one I wanted and ordered, is again out of stock.

Is Revolve a 2-man operation or am I just having shitty ass luck? All I want is the damn North One jacket.
