not so sure on the mangled heel either, however, i do like the mono 4. very elf like, which fits into his style nicely, yet i dont think they are very practicle - imagine wearing these out to a club or something...

i saw some scenester guys chilling out on a kerb-side bench on sunday morning a few weeks ago in glebe... one was wearing stab in the dark boots.

Has anyone seen any higher res. images of this range? Like in a magazine or anything. I know Oyster had a shoot with some people wearing the Pez/Ant Orb pants and Stab In The Dark shoe, and the current Cream (music edition) has a pic of a guy wearing the Stab boots - but I haven't seen anything else.

I did see some full page images of the 08 A/W Lookbook in Kurv. a few months ago.

orb tee isnt that nice in the flesh imo. the material is insane-o soft, but the cut is weird, for how oversized/drapey it is it should be cut a lot longer in the body.

i like the cut of the orb tee. i am not much of an oversized person, but i like the orb. i think it is good that it is oversized without being a dress. i prefer the reversed white over the see-through one. i wish i got it over the intro to space pants, because they dont fit well and i hardly wear them.

i am going to find the cubisms better for more formal occasions.

i got a quick look at the haunted tree in incu a few weeks ago when i was guying some friedrich gray jeans but didnt pay much attention because i was in a hurry and wasnt expecting to get them as a replacement.

wow. the new stuff is going to be so awesome. heaps expensive i reckon - and you will need layers for it to reach its full potential. my mate has a made a jacket for his range at TAFE which would fit into this range perfectly. it is heaps big and drapey with a massive hood.

where were all of these images sourced from?

i have the 3rd and 4th images in bigger sizing in an email from Marc from CON while organising a replacement pair for my damaged Cubisms.

I am getting the haunted tree shoe as a replacement, and was allowed to buy the damaged pair back for 60%, as it is only a small crack in the sole, and getting a rubber sole over the top should help them last a good while still.

I am starting to regret purchasing my Introduction Into Space trousers, as they are too small for me (I too rushed and bought them without having a serious think about it). If any one is interested on buying them off me, let me know. They are size 34, but I wear size32 in most jeans and found them too tight (they dont stretch, as they are trousers)... they were $265... so currently I am thinking $230, and I will include postage in that... there is also a button that has come off on the overlapping tap at the top, but it didn't cause any trouble not being there.

If you're interested or want to offer something less, I will have a think about it - just let me know.

are you talking about getting a rubber sole put inside the shoes? like one of those slip ons or do i have to get it professionally done? soz dont really get what u mean

im planning to get the bottom sole done so it wont wear out..

nah, outside of the shoe. the sole wears through slightly (really fast) and a piece of metal pops through. dont know if it happened to anyone elses cubisms but it happened to mine after no more than 10 wears... and i was extremely careful with them as well...

get the cubisms, but i am warning you, get a rubber sole put over them. there is metal inside them that can break through the sole where the shoe bends and by then, it is too late to put a sole over them - as told by a bookmaker. and con claim it to be 'wear and tear' despite only being worn about 10 times.

Does any1 know when incu gets their con delivery? Was thinkin to grab the prism coat. Does any1 think it is worth the money? (saw it for i think $640)

Rob from SWT told me he didn't think Incu were getting much in because Gareth didn't seem happy with them, as they were trying to attract a younger market than what Gareth is aiming at... might not be true but thats just what I was told.

I don't think the prism coat is worth it. At least not in summer anyway. I think you can get way better coats in nicer materials... possibly for less.

My Stab In The Dark Boots came in today. They look nothing like they do in the lookbook (better in life). They are extremely similar to the shoe but they go higher. The leather looks amazing... the way it looks worn, and the inside is so soft. I just wish the toe was a little bit pointier.

Had a look at more con today and ended up grabbing monocromatic coat. If anyone was wondering what shoes south west ordered they got Stab in the darks, stab in the dark boot both in black, 5th chapters in washed black and black, mono 3's in black, grey and navy, haunted trees in black and grey. Does any1 know who carries the white mono2's?

i ordered stab in the dark's from violent green, and i found out today that they sent the boot, as they misunderstood be, but after seeing the stab in the dark compared to the boot at SWT yesterday, i am kinda glad i am getting the boot, as the pre-loved leather on the boot looks far better than the leather on the shoe... unless the shoe comes in pre-loved leather as well, because the image in the lookbook looks like it does.

as for white mono 2s, i am not sure but llooking at the violent green site, they have the mono 3 in white...seems to b the same style, but with different sole.

the sunglasses have "GRAZ" on them, which appears to be a separate company... do you think that maybe it was a collaboration? or that gareth designed them and got them made by graz?

would love to see or try on some of those trousers.

they r nice. the material looks like the material of the clothes the lads wear... just like the shorts... but when they are on, they look really classy. they have a bit of a shine to them, as they have a bit of metal in the make up of the material.

yeah he had them packed away, and said he was waiting to get the prices and stuff, and i checked ksubi and incu for what sunnies they had, went back to SWT to makea deposit and the boss had just been in with the sheet for prices and everything, so i got them.

i went into south west trader today. bought the introduction to space trousers... $265. Bought the corpus callosum sunglasses for $255.

orb tee comes in white with the print on the inside so it is feint on the outside, in the see-through grey, and as a singlet in the see-through grey. they are around the $200 mark. a lot of the items were around the $200-300 mark... jeans were $290... i tried one pair on, my ksubi gee gees are 32, and i couldnt even get the 34 of the CONs up my legs.

all shoes seem to be $295... and violent green charged me $350 for my stab in the darks, so i am not happy because they claimed that was retail, but SWT said the $295 was RRP. they all look amazing though... but the mono III seems like a really weak/soft sole - i wouldnt wear them on gravel or anything.

the parrallax is ridiculous, as expected... the leather looks like it is melted or something, the way it is all crinkled up.

all the materials he has used are all really nice.

all seems to be selling really fast though.

Saw the new stuff at a few stores today. there's no 'must haves' in my opinion...maybe thats just because i'm so poor.

tried on the parallax jacket. blew my mind. not willing to pay.

i'd say my favourite peice of the whole line is 'the inverted' shirt. 2 shirts joined at the abdomen. surprisingly versatile and wearable, made of the nicest material as well.

the orb tee is amazingly soft, as are all of the viscose shirts.

the leather on the stab in the darks is also amazing, similar to the worn twisted leather used on the shorts and jacket.

where did u try parrallax jacket? id love to try one on. imagine wearing it though... its sooooo hot.
