22 decent quality shots on http://www.f-t.com.au/blog
Some looks good, some a bit weird for me.

I hadn't seen anything. After looking just then, I didn't see anything on the con website. I found some lo-res images of the range on Grand Social, but the range didn't seem very big from those pics. It was rather different. I thought the weird goggle-like sunnies looked cool when in context with other pieces from the range.

Apparently the new range is being released in a few weeks. Gareth has only shown the range to people stocking the range according to the guys at SWT.
They also said they heard that there will be a leather shirt...

How much was the latem blazer?
$585. I love it more and more every time I wear it.
When the light hits it, it gets a slight flicker because of the steel in the fabric, and it gets a green tinge too it, and because of the creases, the shadows give it a good texture.

bought the latem vest and blazer today.
only dug one piece of the jewelry i was talking about, but it was a $650 pendant. lol.

nah - the bluey/green coloured stones with the black running through it (like marble) with silver.... apparently it is native american or something.
i can't remember exactly what it looks like. turns out i am in the city tomorrow so I will have a look and see how it goes.

slightly off topic - have any males bought any of the turquoise jewelry from SWT and have pics to show?
I am considering getting some but want to make sure it suits guys before I commit to traveling down to sydney to purchase...

does anyone know what the Latem Trench retails at?

its not often I feel like buying a whole collection....now I do.
CON has seriously stepped it up.
agreed. i have already laybuyed the latem vest, but these VG pics make me want to buy more.

it is slightly similar to the material used on the introduction to space pants...might have a bit of steel in it. but it is a lot nicer.
from a distance, the latem pant which was on the mannequin in the window, it looked like a blue grey leather (like the mono shoes), and is crinkled like the parrallax/2nd skin leather. it is really nice though. the latem pieces are probably my favourite along with the 2nd skin.
the 2nd and 3rd skin are a lot softer than the parrallax i think... they dont seem to be as stiff. 3rd skin has more of a grain and comes with a scarf, $1500. 2nd skin comes in a brown colour. it is nice, but doesnt really fit with the rest of the collection.
SWT seem to have nearly everything. they ran out of one of the tees yesterday though. it all got released yesterday. robert said no one was told it was coming out, but people were waiting at the doorstep on saturday morning.

checked out the new gear in SWT today.
it is amazing. the material used for the latem gear is so nice. i would have bought the pants if they weren't $310 (I already own intro to space which is kind of similar), then i tried on the blazer which is also great, but it was too narrow across the shoulders, so i got the vest.
there was a shirt, which had a really nice material, i cant remember what it was called... but i found it to be too long.
apparently a guy has bought a poncho already. robert said he was a 'rocker dude'.
shoes are due in next week.

i'm a guy but i'll could see myself rocking it. at least once-twice a month.
awesome man. be sure to show me pics. i am curious to see what you wear with it and stuff.

yeah - true, DJI. You could only wear it so many times, as well. Being such a distinctive piece, if you wear it too many times, it will look like you always wear it.

damn i need to find some way to get that Twice around the Sun piece.
Are you male or female?
Just wondering if other guys are digging this as something they would wear or not.
I love it. I think it is an amazing piece, but I could not see myself wearing it.

Do you mean Twice Around The Sun, or Once Around The Moon (shoe)?
Both are awesome.
I have started to really love the Normalist boot and shoe.

my mistake, didn;t realise there was a shoe as well as a boot. and the insult was directed at the store, not you. chill the fuck out.
dude - i was taking the piss out of your mistake. you can chill out too.

maybe you should get the 2 pictures and put them together.
If you think that they aren't the same shoe, then you shouldn't even be on here.

Doesn't say anything about it being a pre-order...

Cool.
No - Central Coast. About 1.5hrs north of Sydney.
Just emailed a bunch of stores late into one of the seasons requesting shoes and Wasteland was one of the only ones with stock in my size so I got the Cubisms.

You're right. The collection is quite large now. Particularly when it is so expensive.
Is Wasteland your local store? I bought some Cubisms from there. I dealt with May. She was really cool. I was sad to hear she has gone since, as I emailed her the other week regarding the 2nd Skin, and it diverted to someone else who informed me she has gone.
Wasteland is good as they don't sell as hot as VG or SWT seem to.

apparently the new leathers have a very different feel to last seasons parallax jacket.
in what way? - do you know?
i would imagine they are a significant improvement, as the parrallax would have worked as a test for the new range.
the $450 saving on the parrallax was too inviting for me to wait for the 2nd skin.

Hey Merv wow you copped. I guess a good leather jacket will always be in fashion. Whats your opinion, I was looking at the 2nd and 3rd skins but their too similar to the parrallax. I'm thinking maybe Latem?
Where was the opening BTW?
I have only laybuyed it so far. $950 is still a lot of money!
it is very comfortable. when i tried it on, it felt like it was too small and i was a little worried because it was the large. but the longer i had it on, the more comfortable it felt - it was slightly stiff, but robert said it is just like a leather shoe and molds to your body. by the time i was taking it off, it was fitting to my body like a glove.
I asked a couple of stores and they said the 2nd Skin is very similar to the parrallax, and i would say the 3rd skin is too, but it looks like it comes with a scarf or something.
is the latem blazer definitely leather?
i guess it depends on what you want TTT. I have never seen anything like either of them - they are both very unique in their own ways.
i dont know if you have seen the parrallax before, but it looks like it has melted. I think the leather has been stretched heaps or something, and then it has crinkled up... kind of like when a balloon pops.
----------------------------
i think the biggest problem with this collection is, every piece would go so well with any other piece, it is so hard to pick what you want, as the pieces are far too expensive to buy a lot of.

Went into SWT today to pre order the 2nd Skin jacket, but found that they had a Parrallax jacket left where Gareth had given them left over stock from a Hong Kong order or something... snatched it up for $950.
Robert said the owners were blown away by the new range when they went to the opening for it.

I've had no trouble with my shoes.
I had a rubber sole put on them as they were wearing too quickly without it.
I have 3 pairs which I alternate between, wearing them nearly every day to work.
I guess you have to pick the right style, as some do seem really flimsy and poorly constructed.
