The red tab is also painted on i think.
If we get the stencils with the jeans the easiest way to apply the paint is by dabbing the paint on with a small piece of sponge, a little bit goes a long way.
i don't know if i'll paint arcs on but if i do i'll definately use 100% acrylic paint, it's pretty easy to work with, it can be diluted with water but is water rsistant when dry, and it dries pretty fast and doesn't need heat to set. acrylic arcs will also fade away with wear a lot better.

That's good news!
In the spirit of fairness, as Gordon wrote in the email to all participants, maybe he could ship the jeans that has to travel to us here in europe a few days earlier?...Just a thought.

everyone in the contest should email gordon first so he knows how many pairs with the longer inseam needs to be produced, i hope everyone has done this already.

yeah, i think you'll be fine. Also with the high rise you can sag them a bit.

A 32,5" inseam is pretty much perfect for me, wonder if the measurements are the same for these, especially the hem.
So, a couple of weeks to get the longer inseam versions done, and how long will it take for everyone to contact Gordon before that...another few weeks?

emailed gordon to ask if he could mark down the price and he said sure, so he hasn't shipped them yet.

Well, our feodal landlords take 30% of taxes and vat additional to the whole cost. So my jeans will cost me total of 340$. Every customs officer here is like sheriff of Nottingham. The true value of jeans being Robin Hood...
At first i thought you were mistaken, but after googling it dawned on me that the import tax for clothes here in Finland is about 12% + the vat, which sucks...oh well, it's only money.
anyway, i ordered the 0105 size 31.
