Inverallan Red Knit Cap
$70
Ordered a few years ago straight from Inverallan themselves when I was abroad in Scotland. This is the same knit cap you often find on inventorystockroom as well as other outlets online. The color isn't as obnoxiously bright as it looks on this screen, it's a very standard red seen around the internet. I've used it once, but sadly this doesn't fit my head really well. I'm not very good for headwear unfortunately. This is a fantastic piece for the coming months and also comes with the tag that tells you the style number (22F), color, and knitter (M McLeod)
Inverallan Fair Isle Scarf

Wings and Horns Shawl Collar Sweater Size S
$150
Part of the Research collection, I believe this is S/S 2010. This is used but taken care of meticulously, as I do all my clothing. I never machine dried this nor have I worn it extensively. The details on it are fantastic, from the pit holes and sweatshirt fabric that helps mobility, to the excellent buttons. The sleeves have cuffs that are meant to be rolled, so the measurements reflect the sleeves folded halfway (otherwise it would be way longer than it actually seems). It's a fantastic piece.
Measurements:
Pit-to-Pit: 19"
Shoulders: 16.5"
Back Length: 26"
Sleeve Length(from shoulder to folded cuff): 23.5"
Epaulet CPO Shirt Jacket Size S
$200
Bought this from the Epaulet store in NYC last winter but really didn't wear it much besides that trip in New York (I was freezing my ass off). Maybe a week total of wear. The jacket is incredible, the fabric is so sturdy. The detailing and tailoring are seriously on par with the best. The merino lining on the cuffs and collar are just fantastic touches. Great store, great company, hopefully this will serve you well.

Brooks Brothers Black Fleece Contrast Collar Size 1 Size S
$60
I had the sleeves tailored and the sides taken in a tad bit. Didn't really get to use a french cuff much in college and really have no use for it. I've worn it out literally once and have had it sitting in my closet for almost a year now. I would normally wear a Size 0 except the shoulders and the collar are way too small. If you have the same issues, or if these measurements workout, this should fit fantastically. PLEASE REFER TO MEASUREMENTS
Measurements:
Pit-to-Pit: 20"
Shoulders: 17"
Back Length: 31"
Sleeve Length (from center of collar to cuff): 31"
Sleeve Length (from shoulder): 21.5

Quoddy Blucher Green Suede/Red Brick 8.5D
$210>200>190
Purchased these in the JCrew Men's Store in soho a little less than a month ago. I probably have worn these a grand total of 2 weeks, one day without socks and the rest with (still don't understand how you guys do that). Quoddy = quality, I think this forum has that well established. The colorway is rare and is certainly an eye turner. I am opting to sell these in favor of another pair of Quoddys that fit my style better. No damage to report of except for a very very slight hint of indigo on the edge of the tongue. Barely noticeable because of the color of the leather. Hope you enjoy.

Try boiling your skin. Same effect, no need for anything but hot water straight out of the faucet.

That's fantastic.
Speaking of vintage backpacks and outdoor clothing...
I'm hitting up SF next week, and aside from Unionmade, I'm not sure where else I can find some quality 'heritage' stuff whether it be thrift/vintage/etc.
any suggestions?

Finally got to reunite SExDBxS09 jeans with SExDBxS09 Spoils of War: Sufu t-shirt.
After wearing SExDBxS09s only a few times while home, the knee is coming apart again. Sadly they will be living in my closet (can't handle Uganda-thrashing anymore) until I move home and can take them for some proper repairs.
When they thrash they thrash hard. I got repairs and after a month just couldn't wear em anymore. Good memories though, always enjoyed yours my man.

I say slap on Obenaufs right after the soak. I always oil my patches and I never have a problem, even after a super hot soak.

I don't have the funds to fuck with them, but I find Veilance much more interesting.

Ahh, gonna have to skip out on this one. I've only owned 2 pairs of quality denim in my life and they have both been DB's. I had to join the IronHeart cult but I definitely give DB a thumbs up. Some excellent excellent stuff. I'll be keeping up with you guys, have fun w/ it.

Here is the Woolrich Woolen Mills Upland Jacket Size S from I believe last year in a Watch Plaid color that I don't happen to wear. I don't think I need to go into the quality and styling of Woolrich. Daiki keeps improving as the seasons continue. The last time I wore it was probably last spring and that was only minimally. Never liked the way this fit on me so hopefully it will do well for you. No wear/damage to speak of.

Does the NY store stock all sizes of the +J navy blazer? That piece is fantastic.

Crepe wedges aren't great for hiking IMO. Although the upper looks a lot more waterproof and durable then the old leather kinds.
