Alright guys, I'm shelling out money for a road bike but I got a big problem with geometry.
I have a 30-31 inseam, but my torso is quite a bit longer than what normal 54/52 bikes have. Do you guys have any suggestions for frames, or older frames (ebay hunting). Thanks.

I think that might be a good idea, lol.

requote for contest:
The journey has ended for this pair (or maybe just begun?). It's been an epic year in my life and this pair has been through literally all of it, save maybe a couple days for soaking and washing. I'm really proud of what came out of it, and to me, that's more important than anything else. Thanks for the support guys.0 -
How is the voting going down?

Thanks for the comments on the photography. I've always played with ways to present them the best way. You can see that i basically cropped it out off of a white background so that you won't be distracted with things in the back or whatnot.
My next pair, whatever they may be, I''m going to attempt to take the same picture for every month of wear, so I can put together a really solid evolution comparison. Hopefully it'll work.

Agreed. Arc'Teryx never ceases to amaze me. Wish I had the funds to own a piece.

Anyone wanna recommend an anorak? Don't remember if I've asked here before. I just want a classic kinda looking windbreaker one for some rain and biking around. Penfields are wack this season.
I asked the same question before, I did come up w/ vintage Class 5 as some of the best. I now own one, and although it fits a bit funny, it's amazing quality wise.
Woolrich has one in the S/S '10 collection as well, looks exactly like the class 5 joint.

Quick question again on the Indy's.
Is it true that standard Indy 405's are now leather-lined, or are the leather-lined version called the 403's? I remember reading somewhere that the ones produced now are all leather-lined, but I could be dreaming.

that's hysterical.

Lucha Libre off Washington in SD is good.
So is the infinite taco trucks everywhere.

No, just a crotch repair... and the seam around the ankle came loose. My left knee is pretty blown (you can't tell in the picture cause of a fold), but besides that, just the normal pocket tearing and such.

Didn't bother fancifying. This was taken at the end of February, I'll make a proper format for my final pictures in a couple weeks. Jeans look pretty much the same, gonna give it a wash before we're done. Hope you guys like them.

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I've been watching this thread for quite a while now and I haven't seen it addressed. I own a pair of Redwing GT's, and I recently bought some Obenauf LP to keep them in shape. How often should Obnenauf be used? Once a month? All the directions say is to apply often.
Depends on how often you wear them. I wore a pair of 877 every day for 3 months and put on a generous coat afterwards, seemed fine to me.
