Thanks for all the help everyone. I will go the hot wash route and see what happens.

I'm currently facing a great dilemma. My true waist measures 35" and I purchased a pair of S710xx in size 35 out of fear that lot 12 was having some similar sizing issues to lot 10. After 2 hot soaks, the waist is still at 35 inches, and the jean is fairly loose all over. If I were to hot wash, I should see a bit further shrinkage, but I still don't know if that will result in a "good fit". As I'm not seeing what I'd like on the resale market, I'm thinking about keeping them, which brings me to my question -- what do you think of the fit? I think it looks like shit, but I may just be used to the fact that all my other jeans are quite fitted.

Figured I'd cross post the fit pics:

those combs look really good! any chance for a fitpic?
As per your request, here are photos of my SExFH05 pictured a few pages ago. The lighting was not the greatest so unfortunately you can't see a lot of detail.

Ideally, I would like to trade the following pants for 1 size down (34" x 36") or, the same size in Lot 10. Prior to purchasing this pair, I had read that Lot 12 was having some sizing issues, much like Lot 10 did, so I opted to go with the higher size to make sure that they fit. Unfortunately, these ended up fitting too comfortably and is not the fit I'm looking for. These were hot soaked and worn for 2 hours today while I ran errands. Typically, I would take full length pictures, but in this case, there is no real point. There is no fading or no creasing. As you can see, arcs and tab are still present. As I stated, I'd prefer a trade for a smaller pair in similar condition. Through sale, I'd like to see $SOLD to the US and Canada. I am currently not taking any offers.
Measurements:
Waist - 35"
Front Rise - 11.5"
Back Rise - 15.25"
Thigh (BiG style) - 12.5"
Knee - 9"
Hem - 8"
Inseam - 38"

I didn't hem mine, but I'm 6'3" if you are wondering about the absence of stacking. I'll take some fit pictures at some point over the next couple days.

Anyone else still wearing theirs? After the end of the first year, I've scaled back my wear on these to 2-3 days per week, to focus to give some attention to my Eternal 811BG and SExI04. I'll post some new pictures once I get some decent sunlight and can find a peice of concrete not covered in snow.
To the Self Edge folks, any word on the final judgement? Final pictures per the submission guidelines were posted about 2 months ago.

You are whack. Look up his other 10+ pairs of jeans.
Is there a wrong way to wear your jeans?

What is he doing wrong?

I'm interested in seeing how many people actually commit to buying these things. With all the rounds of polling, only a small percentage of the participants are truly satisfied by the final outcome. As with a few others, the exposed rivets are a dealbreaker for me.

Any closer to reaching a verdict on this?

So after everyone suggested a hot wash, I went and did just that. It got a lot more shrinkage out of the denim, but I think I'd still like them a little more fitted. Ah well, it'll be interesting to try something different.
