From my experience, you could size up and it would fit good, but I'm thinking I should've bought it True To Size. I wear size 27 in RRDS, 28 in SJDJ, 28 in SDA 103 and a 29 in these 511 soft rigids just for reference.

Pros: Pretty good fit, the fade picture that I saw on this thread was pretty good considering it is a cheap levi.

Cons: Pretty low rise, nut crunchers.

too bad levis store doesn't have the 1947's... The stores near me never have 38 inch inseams. Is it still true that, according to cultizm, the waist runs 1 inch smaller than tagged? I normally wear 32's in stuff like slim jims and tht's a snug fit at first. I was thinking about getting 34's i guess.

I've seen LVC 47's in inseam 38. Might even be able to get you a pair. also waist runs 1 inch larger for some versions and some production years it seems like they are TTS

are we talking about the 1967 606 super slims? Cause the 606's are excellent pair of jeans. If you are small/short def rock the 606's, 501's imo are good but dont really flatter our body types.

They are made in Poland and fit almost exactly like LVC 501's. Hidden Rivets are there, the rise is similar and the only difference that I could really notice was that it isn't selvage. Otherwise, the quality is pretty damn good and it IS Shrink to Fit. Length shrunk about 1.5 inches, waist maybe 1 inch if that. The color stays pretty consistent and the fading is coming along VERY nicely. I'll post some more pictures soon but the oipolloi pictures are pretty spot on. I have two pairs in size 31x34 brand new with the special bags for sale, 60 bucks shipped in US. Despite it not being selvage, these are pretty nice jeans

just a FYI: you should lower the price on these. They were going for 45 at urban outfitters. You trying to resell to make profit????

not at all, i got these from context for 90$. I don't see these at urban or urban's website so either its all sold out at that price or you are mistaking (i could be wrong). Either way, these are brand new so for 20 off retail price isn't me trying to make a profit.
