Thanks, yeah im fine I had all my gear on including the leather suit I just bought. Honestly im not even sure what happened I wasn't going fast, 30-35 mph at the most but I was going through the turn and slid - all I can remember. I went back up to see what there was and I saw a rock the size of my fist and some big dirt patches which may have caused it. Either way, it could've been worse - and CHP ended up impounding my bike because I left it there on the shoulder for 30 minutes and had to pay $200 to get it out even though the AAA truck I had called was already there. fucking cops

We were kindred souls in the Big Bad Rotten Apple. Why the fuck should I wave to this unknown? When I'm wandering on foot thru a Wally World or a Mall I don't acknowledge other shoppers yet we for the most part are doing the same thing, shopping or looking.

Even when a rider who I know approaches I don't wave unless I recognized the person and they're not encased in a spacewalker like helmet.
