I have a pair of of SEXIHs and they recommended to me to get the smallest size I could possibly fit into. It took me at least ten minutes to button them all the way up. It took around 2 months to stretch them into their now comfortable state. They're a lot of work but now they're my favorite pair of jeans.
Do you have any fit pictures? Also, what size did you get in relation to your true waist size? The SExIHs are looking like being my next purchase so I'm just looking for a little info if you could help me out.

I'm 5'11" and 150lbs, exactly the same as the OP, and I wear a small. The length is no problem for me, especially not with the flex hoodies. The California fleace is a little shorter, but only by a bit.

Yes, Shades of Greige generally runs small. I wear a medium in their button downs and they fit very slim.
Do you have any measurements for the button down(s) you own? I'm interested in picking one of theirs up but would like to be sure on the sizing.

I noticed some acid wash jeans in h&m last weekend, so there is obviously some sort of mass market for these. Personally however it's not to my taste.

i was hoping to see an evolution pic...
Sorry to disappoint; I'll be sure to post up some evo pictures when I get mine, though it'll probably not be until around next summer or something.
Size way up.. they run between 1.5" and 2" smaller than the tagged size. Will do. Many thanks kiya.

Sorry to drag this thread up, especially to ask a question that may well have been done to death.
I'm just wondering what one should do regarding sizing with the indigo version? Size up? Down? Stay true to size? I take it they're going to stretch a bit with heavy wear and I'd like them to fit perfectly after stretchning.

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials, kiya. That suit, and indeed the whole outfit, looks absolutely fantastic; I'm extremely jealous.

I guess I'm (un)lucky enough to live in Scotland, so jean-wearing weather never really goes away. If anything it's getting too cold now to wear lighter denim like my APCs... brr

Here in Edinburgh we have the Rat Race every year, it also takes place in London and Bristol. I wanted to enter this year, but was tied up by other commitments. Take a look at the site: http://www.ratraceadventure.com/default.asp

Edmond, nice fit on those 710. I was just wondering, did you stay true to size with them or did you size down? I'm planning on getting some 710s in the next few months and would like a fit similar to that, though maybe a bit slimmer.

Thanks for you help with the question on the 710 rise guys. I'm also wondering how much is the inseam is likely to shrink? As I can't really wear anything over a 34" - 35" inseam at absolute max if they don't shrink that much I'd probably have to get them hemmed.

I just wanted to ask about the rise on the s710xxs. If I were to buy them I'd be getting a size 28, however BiG have the front rise listed as 15" - I'm assuming this is an error, correct? Nevertheless, the pictures make the rise look quite big, which is a concern for me as I prefer a lower rise - something similar to the New Cure rise.
Edit: I'm also wondering what sort of shrinkage I can expect on the inseam. I'd really like for it to be around the 34" mark; am I being too optimistic?

This looks like a very interesting project; an excellent idea. I, for one, would certainly be interested in this. Looking forward to more details.

Damn sycamore, nice purchases. I'd also like some more info on the YMCs.
