further salvia advice - if you're smoking a high potency extract or leaf, have a trip istter, because you can do some crazy things. first time i smoked it i did 30x and went absolutely stone quiet while i watched my closet talk in spanish to me, but my buddy literally ran all over the house and made a mess. i wish i had seen it cause i wouldve laughed my fucking ass off, but regardless, i wouldve rather made sure he didnt fuck anything up in my house.

also: use water pipes, A) gets your ripped fast/trip longer/more potent the specific heat of the salvia leaf and extract is much higher than pot, so it can burn your throat if you're not careful C) it doesn't taste like shit through a bong or a bubbler.

salvia trips are very intense, and depending on the potency of what you have, they can last anywhere from 5 minutes to 30. longest ive gone is 20 or so minutes, and it wasn't all that exciting. as with any hallucinogen, be careful, and be smart.

i feel like it is a return to "the form", but it seems a bit thin and unmotivated. the solo is great, and the riff is definately badass, but i feel like there is no substance behind it. i miss james' heavy picking and awesome timing, and if feel like he would make this track infinitely better, but we can only dream. i really would've liked to see SP back as a whole (minus d'arcy, + melissa auf de maur), but i know its not happening. the song also doesn't show off jimmy's talent on the skins much. if they write another tune as agood as "Siva" or "Geek USA", then i'll know Zeitgeist is gonna be a true Pumpkins album.

question: hows the APC store in new york on mercer? im gonna go into the city one of these weekends and i'm hitting up H&M and im contemplating APC if i can make it there and have the money - what say you on their stock and what i might look out for. if im nice enough maybe ill do a group buy or something for you nerds, if youre interested.

i find it funny you all think that im too tall, but rather i think you're all too short and skinny. but its all in the ey of the beholder. personally, i love being tall, and i get by just fine. i fit into all sorts of clothes, though sometimes it is hard to find just the right size. it doesn't really phase me, i just got a great Kenneth Cole Reaction suit, had it fitted and slimmed down, tapered the pants, and made it nice and skinny. im happy with myself and fuck ya'll who can't appreciate height. no offense by that either, just turning the phrase

i find plenty of stuff that fits, i just buy larger sizes than you of the shorter stature. my current lady friend is 6'1", so its all good

i'd rather eat at a regular old greek dinner than some shitty name brand chain like applebee's, chillis ,or the like. theres just somethign generally incideous about the meals they serve to you at those places, while at a dinner, you know what you're paying for. its usually of better quality @ the dinners, i can't say its the greatest, but its a lot better than those other places. if i have the money on hand to eat at a nice restaurant, i will, because i love good food, but im not gonna blow $15 at friendly's to clog my arteries. i'd rather do it with some poise.

dont let anyone wash them. tell your parents if you're living with them "DONT WASH THESE UNLESS I SAY OTHERWISE", or if you have your own apartment/house/whatever, make sure you hang them up onf a hanger when you're not wearing them or something like that, thats what i do, just make sure none of the honeycombs flatten out, and that if you need them to shrink, soak, don't wash.

I've been under a lot of stress lately.. and I'm not really sure why.

I have grey hairs popping up, and my right eye has been twitching randomly everyday for the past two weeks. First I thought it was because I use the computer a lot at work, so instead I did more hands on stuff (filing, photocopying, writing compilations).. and it didn't go away. Then I googled it and thought it was becuase of caffeine, so I didn't drink any coffee/coke for a whole week, and it still continued.

I really shouldn't be under any stress.. I don't have any exams.. work has been chill since tax season ended.. even karate training slowed down a bit, since the major tournaments are over.. so I don't get it. oh and i'm only 16 (turning 17 in 2 months)

drugs or sleep more. my eye used to get the same twitching thing when i didnt get enough sleep. it starts to build up and you begin to fixate on it. in terms of stress relief - go outside more, get to the gym, paint, read, sleep, fuck, sleep, play an instrument. you need to occupy your mind with other things and sleep more, thats what works for me. and anti-depressants, but i take those for generally other reasons all together.
