start w/ pan-searing the chopped up chicken breasts, salt + pepper with garlic powder for initial seasoning:

2nd - chop up artichokes, roasted red peppers, black olives, frozen peas:

3rd - combine - pour in artichoke juice, roasted red pepper juice, a splash of olive juice, and a bit more seasoning:

pasta cooked as well, combine pasta with ingredients in pan, et voila:

I usually go to a guitar store and and play other guitars to try and make my hands reacquaint themselves to a feel outside my own guitar. Then when I go back it's a lot easier to find new ways of playing with my guitar, ways I probably was too in a rut to acknowledge before.
