Hey Slab,
Yes bought those in a private collection shop in Brussels...living in the capital still has some advantages;)
indeed it has! ;-) btw have you ever checked out the shop in Brussels that sells Alden boots? Just found the address on the Alden website

i'm really interested but worried about the sizing issue with Japanese belts. I believe I read on this board that Japanese belt sizes always have to be sized up? so someone with size 30 should get size 32 or even 34 in Japanese belt size? Is there any truth to this? I'm a size 29-30 myself...

So... people with big wallets, does your jeans shift to the direction where your wallet is in? Like most people in right backpocket, your jeans sway to the right, and your jeans feel weird when walking cause of this?
not really; I am however always worried that the wallet will slip out of my back pocket unnoticed whenever I sit down

anyone know what's the general consensus with sizing of the Alden Indy boots? I wear size 9 (Euro 42) in most shoes but fit a 8.5 in Red Wing's. Are there any pics of the Indy's with commando soles?
those AF60's look sweet as well!

is anyone still looking for a size 01 DJ501xx? I have it on hold with DJ but because of some financial troubles and too much denim choice I might have to forfeit on my pair of DJ's. Would have to be bought straight from DJ himself so it's brand new...

Seconded..Europe is the worst - even if there´s no price tag and the package is marked as gift - customs still wants you to show up with a stupid bill...
yup, same here in Belgium. I think those guys get some kind of commission fee for everything they tax

nice fit mwills! choosing between a Samurai s710xx or a 3001 has just become even more excruciatingly difficult

That's how it starts, then one day you go to scratch your ass and your finger goes right up your butt.

qom, looks great ! Too bad there are no longer arcs on your back pockets. Did you remove them yourself?

do raw jeans also leave permanent stains on leather shoes? I want to get myself a pair of Red Wings but am a bit apprehensive as i worry my Skulls might turn them blue (as they did to all my sneakers)
